The media could not be loaded. Bike looks absolutely beautiful, it's too bad because it arrived damaged and missing parts, bent rim and no basket. I messaged the seller about both problems and yet responded to one and ignored the other. They told me the basket shipped separately... You know, one of those things that should be made aware of on purchase but wasn't. And they completely ignored my message about the front rim arriving damaged, the bike is un-rideable and Amazon says it's not eligible for a return, the manufacturer is not responding to send a replacement rim.. What a $600 nightmare. Buyer beware ... show more

I am an 81 year old lady and I put it together myself, which means anyone can do it. All controls are easy to reach. On flat roads, I turn off battery so I can exercise. When I get to a hill, I reach down and turn on the power and it pulls me up the hill easily while I pedal. The basket has a lid so you can place items inside without fear of their blowing out. The gears work easily and the seat is very comfortable. Kickstand works great. It's a great bike at a great price. ... show more

I reviewed several ebikes and noticed none had more than a four star rating. The flaws varied from assembly directions to battery issues. I agree the directions weren’t the greatest it the issues I had were related to the basket installation (no pictures at all). I was able to make it work and it’s stable and reliable. As for the battery no issues none what so ever. My wife rides it 2-3 times a day for 2-3 miles per in a neighborhood with hills. ... show more

Pros: The bike works as advertised. The throttle is very nice, you have a lot of nuanced control on the speed. Very cute aesthetics. Very responsive customer service. Cons: The pedal assist is very powerful, dare I say too powerful. There is no adjustment on it, you can only adjust the tradition gears on the bike. You can’t casually pedal the bike without going the absolute maximum speed. I was looking for a bike where I could get some casual exercise without straining too much, but the assist is so strong I am pedaling maybe 2 rotations and coasting for the next 20 seconds. It is not very nuanced control, you alternate between jerking forward and coasting (unless you are trying to go very fast constantly, in which case it’s great) (see photo of bent metal piece) I had a piece meant to hold the basket bent out of shape. I messaged customer service and they said they will send me a new piece. BUT they sent the wrong piece, and that piece broke in transit so it was doubly useless, AND the piece I needed replaced was already preassembled when I got the bike, so even if I got the right piece, I had no instructions or tools to actually replace it. My power indicator is also broken, even after 10 miles it still thinks I had a full charge. I asked for a replacement on that as well. Still waiting on that in the mail, no idea how to install the new one because the wires on the current one are all nicely braided and go through the base of the bike. The bike does come mostly assembled, and the amazon listing says it’s super easy to assemble. But in the written instruction booklet they say that getting the brakes set up correctly is very hard and you should see a professional… It was a 2 person job to assemble in general. I guess you could do it solo, but it would be hard. All in all, I’m disappointed. Would not recommend based mostly on the overpowered pedal assist. ... show more
