This fireplace is so gorgeous. It took me one person about seven hours to complete in full. If you’re thinking about getting this fireplace, please don’t think twice it is an amazing fireplace works really well with heat and also looks fabulous in your home and brings your whole look together and your living room very warm and cozy. The only downside I can say is it didn’t come with instructions, but I reached out and they were very helpful and they sent the instructions over right away.

We’ve been looking for something for our office with a fireplace insert NOT a TV stand. This fits the bill. The stone facade looks good. Not as cheap looking as some we’ve seen. It’s very easy to assemble. It took me about 3 hours total by myself.

Super pretty, just as pictured! Puts off great heat in a large area too! Would recommend 2 people to build, instructions were easy but there's so many pieces, in total took about 5-6hrs to build with 2 people that are pretty handy. The shipping was super fast it have me an estimate of Nov 10th and it came Nov 2nd after just placing the order, we also received both boxes same day. I will say the 1 box needs 2 people to carry, we figured it would be heavy and offered to help the delivery driver.

Very happy with my purchase of the 80 inch, White, No LED lights fireplace after all the work was done. Be prepared to set aside 4 - 6 hours for assembly. My husband and I are both very visual and very mechanical, and it took us 4 hours to complete. Definitely a two person job. The first box, weighing 60 to 80 pounds and containing all of the white wood pieces, was fairly damaged. Miraculously, only a couple of small, insignificant pieces had very minor scuff marks. There are approximately 70 wood pieces and hundreds of hardware parts. If you follow the diagrams and pictures very carefully, it can be done. There were only 3 or 4 pre-drilled holes that weren’t correct…too shallow. Fortunately, that was fixed by snipping off the ends of a few little wooden dowels. If you look closely, you can tell it is a DIY piece of furniture. But the decorative wood accents make it a very nice looking piece overall. The electric flame graphics are not top-notch, but the very quiet heater puts out a good amount of heat. Very important for my north facing living room. I have 9 foot ceilings with no crown molding. The fireplace fit nicely on a very blank wall… Maybe just a little short. But we are going to hang a TV as pictured in the advertisement. That will help the proportions. It says in the description that it will accommodate a 90 inch TV. We attempted a 70 inch, but it seemed to overtake or overwhelm the fireplace. We felt a 55 inch was more proportional. Depends on what you want your focal point to be. Very happy and much warmer in my living room!

I love the look of the fireplace. The problem is the product they use for the mantle that gives it a wood appearance. It’s super thin & they didn’t do anything to protect it. I used command hooks to drape garland on top of the fireplace for Christmas. When I removed the command hooks, one of them removed the “wood” PAPER wrap & now there’s a white spot. There are also a couple white scratches. I contacted the seller & the said that they won’t replace the mantle & “the damage was due to normal wear and tear.” They offered a $15 refund so I can buy some paint to cover up the white spot. Uuuuum. Really? I took the $15 since that’s all I’ll get from them. Not good customer service. They need to use a different product for the wood finish that will holdup to what is normally expected when you have a fireplace mantle.
