I love the chair. The watchout is it only raises up 3" and was still too low for my desk. I didn't notice the seat height specs. We are purchasing a different shock to replace the factory one to adjust the height to work with my desk.

Got the order super quick. Assembly was very easy. Parts were nicely packaged. Took me about 20 minutes to assemble with easy instructions. Nice and comfortable to sit in. The arms pivot like expected, just a little stiff since it's so new, but comfortable to rest arms on. It's a little wider than my old chair and my wife tried it. Needed a new office chair and stumbled across this offering. Pretty happy I did. Despite the chair arriving and looking as though it had fallen off the truck and been drug down the freeway for a bit, the contents inside appeared unscathed (despite a couple of the pieces being re-wrapped somewhere along the way). Guessing this was the fault of the shipping carrier and not the mfg. Instructions were very clear and assembly straightforward. Received the chair, very good quality and very sturdy, easy to assemble. Unfortunately there was a cut in the leather on the very front of the seat. But I contacted customer service, told them the situation, and they sent us a replacement seat.
