No complaints whatsoever with this chair. I use it for work, and itโ€™s honestly pretty comfortable. It was easy to assemble, it seems durable, and the functionality of being able to recline or rock is really nice too. Highly recommend.

    • Seat material rips easily & tension knob is somehow broken?

I bought this chair in April. Up until recently it has performed phenomenally. I use this chair every single day for multiple hours at a time. I've experienced little to no back pain since switching to this chair, which is a huge upside for me and definitely something that I look for in a decent chair. It's pretty cute and I get lots of compliments on it. It's extremely easy to assemble as well. I did it by myself with no issues whatsoever. However, as it's not a super expensive chair, I was expecting a little bit of deterioration over time. I've definitely seen that over the course of the year. Because of how I sit, I find that the material of the chair wears and tears extremely easily. It's unsightly, but not uncomfortable or irritating to sit on. Here's the biggest issue I've had with it: Within the last 24 hours, the tension knob on the underside of the seat has completely broken. I can still twist it to either tighten or loosen it but whenever I move the chair or adjust how I'm sitting it comes undone and goes right back to being super loose. I've used it minimally over the last 24 hours, which makes the break even more confusing. It's extremely frustrating to have to retighten frequently, but it does not hinder the comfort and base functionality of the chair. I'm sure this is a very uncommon issue, but it has caused me a bit of distress. Overall, I love the chair. It's comfortable, cute, and functional. While the fabric is not extremely sturdy, it does hold up. If it came down to purchasing a new chair or repurchasing this one, I would likely repurchase this. ... show more
