Prior to purchasing this chair I used an ergonomic mesh style chair that felt comfortable but did not support my upper back and neck very well. I decided on this chair based on reviews and the weight capacity as I am overweight. After assembling this chair I was not happy. The seat is not very comfortable for me. The chair is not centered so it leans forward giving me the feeling of falling forward. If I sit in it longer than two hours my butt starts to hurt and the wheels do not move around easily causing me to have to use my feet, Flintstone style, to pull forward. The chair looks cool and has great lumbar and neck support and it is wide enough for my spare tire. I decided to give the chair a chance and let my back adjust to it but I fear I may have made a mistake as I will probably donate this to my son and shop for another chair. ... show more

I bought this chair for my son as he wanted to have a more comfortable chair to use while studying or playing video games so I started looking for one and ordered this one. The delivery was very quick and the assembly instructions were very clear and easy to do at home. I was very satisfied with the quality of the material on this chair and it sits very comfortable and he had no problems sitting on it for several hours at times because it is ergonomic and supports his back well. The thicker seats definitely add to the stability and the steel frame also ensures the durability of the chair. While the design isn't the moset flashy or creative, the all black still adds to the style and overall this was a chair that he really enjoys and that's all that I could ask for and I think this comfy chair is good value for money. ... show more

So over all so far it's pretty nice. Seat is a little short as far as length but remove pillow problem solved. There was a tiny hole on the side. Screws didn't line up easily but was still able to put together solo. Update after a month or so the seat is so uncomfortable. Causes pain in hips and back. ... show more

The chair had decent quality and was easy to build. Not an ergonomic chair, very uncomfortable. I need to do a lot of computer work and within 3hours of sitting in it, i was so uncomfortable and couldn't wait to get rid of it. Immediately disappointed and immediately returned it. They did not refund me completely, charged me for return shipping. So heads up, if you don't know whether it'll be comfortable, i would go to your nearest staples or office max/depot and sit on a "gaming chair" before buying this one since you won't be refunded completely should you return it. These chairs are very uncomfortable, i recommend looking for an actual ergonomic chair and not a "gaming" chair. ... show more

I was looking for an all black gaming chair for my husband birthday gift and this one really caught my eyes. The instructions provided were helpful and it was easy to assemble. Caster roll smoothy and adjustable armrests are great. My husband said the seat cushion is thick enough so it is very comfortable for him to seat on it all day. This gaming chair can easily be considered the most comfortable for its current price (Under $200). Assembly was not a hassle. I would recommend not destroying the box when initially opening to remove each part. It comes in handy when assembling the seat to the back of the chair. Only request for future chair models would be to pre-install the seat adjusters on the seat and for the cut-out for each hole to be more refined. Side Note from my first experience... First chair had some defects. None of the bolts could be tightened past the halfway mark. Had to request a replacement chair. Amazon & Seller were awesome. Quick turn around time.
