Worked great for about 5 minutes until the handle completely broke. I reached out to support with no response to see about a replacement. Amazon would refund me but I only have 2 days left and we’re in the middle of two weeks of snow so I have had to duct tape this thing together to get what I can out of it. If the company gets back to me and sends me a replacement, it would be great and I will update my review.

I ordered this so I could avoid having to shovel this year as I have been lucky enough to achieve the age of 74. The price is right and it arrived just in time for our first snow of about 3 to 4 inches of wet snow. It works as advertised. I found putting the handle together was a little taxing because of the power cord running through the tube. However, patience and care overcame the cord being in the way. The battery life is still a question, but I have a small front side walk and walkway to the front door (about thirty yards) and a drive. It seems to last and have one light left on the battery. I would give it five stars but I'll wait to see how the battery survives. The charger works to recharge in about an hour.

Battery doesn’t last very long so could only get through 1/2 of a 3 car driveway. It will pick up and blow the snow but not very far and if there is any wind, it will blow right back at you because the blower part isn’t that strong. It also won’t get right to the ground so after using this, I needed to go back and do a small layer with the shovel. This also doesn’t work well if the snow is packed down too much so still expect to shovel quite a bit.

The battery does not last more than 15 minutes when fully charged. When it is charged and working it does a great job at moving the snow. Pretty lightweight, east to maneuver and was easy to put together. Im just not happy about the battery life, it does not last 25 minutes that the product manual states.

Don’t buy this shovel . It’s more like a toy!! A normal/regular shovel is way more efficient than this toy !!! If your purpose is to help reduce back/shoulder pain from shoveling, this is not better than a regular shovel . You’ll end up with pain. Unfortunately there are no pros with this toy , only cons and here you are : 1. It’s so narrow/small that it takes triple the amount of time and effort to do the job. 2. Since it’s small , the chute mechanism throws the snow right there where you just cleared it. 3. With the battery and stuff it tends to get heavy after some rounds of shoveling and that’s when you start feeling back/shoulder pain. 4. You have to keep squeezing the handle the whole time for it to work which after a couple of minutes your hand/ fingers start to hurt at all. 5. It’s made of plastic and at first sight it looked sturdy and well built but the blade broke when shoveling a small area where the snow was getting just a little bit icy. Nothing hard stuff , but it was enough for the blade to break . In conclusion : it’s just a toy and after only 10 minutes of using it I ended up with a terrible shoulder , hand , fingers and wrist pain besides a broken blade . Needless to say to say , I returned the product .
