I am very happy with this DTF printer purchase. After using an L1800 for 2 years, I decided it was time to add another printer to my growing business. This MZK printer is such an upgrade. Prints are vibrant with a faster print time. A 13x13 inch print takes approximately 10 minutes to print compared to the almost 20 minutes with the L1800. The software is easy to use. Jack from customer service is phenomenal. He worked with me on the software setup and made sure I was happy with my prints after setup was complete. Edit i was able to contact someone Sunday night . The techn worked remotely and took like 2 hrs and did everything. He told me where the "missing" parts were and so far everything is great! Thank you. Fyi their tech ia open monday-friday china time The software not installing, missing parts and no one answers the support line.
