I have a 12 pound chiweenie and this carrier worked perfectly for my flights on southwest. The airflow was perfect and I stuck a mini fan in the pocket on the side to keep her cool. In the car ride home she chose to sleep in it with the zipper open and the whole backseat at her disposal. The locks on the zippers work very well and the straps held up perfectly. No complaints.
