This electric string trimmer is very powerful. The motor is much quieter than gas and it's lighter. It has multiple batteries included so I'm able to do my whole yard. There is a line cutting razor on the sheild and it prevents it from getting too long and dangerous. It's sturdy and also easy to assemble. I have had no problem getting all of my trimming done quickly with this set-up.

I’m really impressed with the MZK 20V cordless trimmer! It’s lightweight, easy to use, and perfect for keeping my yard looking clean and neat. The automatic line feed works great, and the two included batteries last long enough for me to finish all my trimming. I love that it easily converts to an edger too. The 8 extra spools are a huge bonus. Totally worth the price!

I bought this thinking it would handle my overgrown backyard. Big mistake. The moment I hit anything thicker than regular grass, the head jammed up and the line stopped feeding. I spent more time untangling weeds from the head than actually cutting. The auto spool feed completely failed when I needed it most. After twenty minutes of fighting with it, I gave up and went back to my old gas trimmer. This thing is useless for anyone with actual weeds instead of just lawn trimming. Complete waste of money.

For whatever reason MZK doesn't have compatible batteries to use across their tools, this is incredibly frustrating to be able to use the same brand batteries in the different tools. I have an MZK push mower with 20v 4ah batteries, which cannot be shared with this 20v 4ah trimmer. I may be returning all of my MZK tools to get a brand that actually uses swappable batteries.
