The media could not be loaded. There is no remote control. Another set of LEDs that say twinkle but really don’t and continue to flash. Please see my video if you want to see all the options.

Received these lights a couple days ago. Tested them, and everything worked. Put them up on roof last night. I bought (2) 105 ft strings, and it was about 20' too long (altogether). The LED lights are nice, low profile lights. I was able to get them on roof without much problem - lights were durable and wound in a loop well. I was able to connect 1 string to the other string - very nice threaded cap to go over connection and seal it. Nice bit of wire lead from plug to first light, so there's room to get the first light into position. Having these two strands was much easier than my old Christmas lights of 5 - 6 reels of lights and several extension cords. I hope they work all season, and next season as well. So far, the only con is that these lights came rolled in a loop, fastened with a twistie, and in a plastic bag. I would very easily pay $2 more for a plastic reel that would allow me to wind these lights up. **EDIT** Worked great for 1 Holiday season. Two strands hung outside on house. No problems with lights at all. **EDIT** 2nd year - all lights working great! ... show more

We got these to update old lights. They are beautiful and bright. I love how they context to each other making them sync perfectly. I hate when different strings of lights blink differently from each other and these ones are all seamless. Also we had a 7-foot tree this year we got three strands of the lights and we ended up only using two and that was more than enough. ... show more

    • Disappointed - no memory and multi-string FAIL

UPDATE a few weeks later: Only the first of three strings now works, the other 2 just stopped one day... I get no light on the daisy chained strings anymore - not dim, just nothing. The other strings still work - I ran a 100 ft extension cord out to my fence where the 1st and 2nd string link up. When I plugged the 2nd string directly into it, strings 2 and 3 lit up just fine. Given the amount of time and effort I have put into running these and then troubleshooting cobined the very misleading claim of a memory function, I'm knocking tis score down to a one star. I've got three trees I'd like to light up, but given the reliability so far and the memory function requiring line of site to manually reprogram them every night - I can't buy these again. ---------- PROS -One set of lights both white and multi-colored -Nice and bright -Looks good on my fence -Multiple end-to-end connectivity means if anything gets broken, I wont have to redo the entire fence (like last stime) CONS -Need line-of-sight and pretty close proximity for the remote to work -Memory function forgets last setting if power is cut This last bit is important - I have all my different outdoor string lights connected to a dusk/dawn sensor/timer adapter that has an RD remote control (no line of sight needed). So when it cuts the power to all my string lights and then turns them on again later, THESE string lights revert back to setting 1 which basically is a slow cycle through ALL settings. ... show more

I purchased these to use as Christmas lights to decorate a tree in front of the house (far left in pic). I have not tried the blinking feature yet, so I cannot rate that feature. But I am happy with how the lights look. They are very bright and vivid. The small pencil holly (far right in pic) has traditional Christmas lights on it. I love the color of the MZD8391 lights over the traditional lights that I have. I can see them as soon as I turn onto my street. I will definitely purchase these again in the future. ... show more
