I have been using this elliptical leg exerciser for a while now, and I must say, it has made a difference in my leg strength. As someone who spends hours at my computer and desk every day, I noticed my legs were losing strength. This exerciser fits perfectly under my desk or in front of my favorite chair, allowing me to use it while working. One of the things I love about this exerciser is how quiet it is. Even when others are in the same room, I can use it without disturbing anyone. With 12 different speeds, I am able to challenge myself and work my way through each speed. The stepper also displays how many calories I am burning, which is a great motivator. Included with the exerciser are foot straps, resistance bands, and a remote control, making it convenient to use. The function buttons are all located on the top of the unit, making it easy to reach even from a sitting position. Additionally, it is lightweight and easy to move around, allowing me to use it wherever I want. I started out slowly, with just 10 minutes on speed 1, and gradually increased my time and speed over a week. I now aim to do two 30-minute sessions a day to further increase my leg strength and get some exercise while working. I have not experienced any knee pain after using this exerciser, which is a huge plus for me. The media could not be loaded. Very important to note: this is NOT an exercise elliptical in the traditional sense. It is an electric powered elliptical to automatically assist with blood circulation and limb movement. There are some ways to make it more manual such as not turning it on or not plugging it in, but they still don't function the same way a traditional elliptical works. Also this is ONLY for under the desk, as no standing is supported. Aside from that very important distinction, It is an otherwise seemingly sturdy and useful appliance for what it can do. This may not fit everybody's use case but if it does, this should work fine. I only point of major confusion is operation. Different modes and functions don't seem to make a difference when using. The manual is confusing and in some cases, not helpful. The unit is small and can easily be fit under a desk, is pre assembled, and has an integrated handle for easy transporting. It doesn't slip or move when in operation. It does have a pinch point hazard so it's not advised to be used around curious small animals or children. The pedals rotate out of the way. ... show more

I recently purchased this under desk elliptical as an upgrade to my more basic machine that didn’t fit my needs. I chose this machine because it is well made and feels sturdy, plus it has many of the features I was looking for. I work from home and sit at a desk all day working at a computer. Because of this, I’ve gained weight and have not been as active as I used to be. This little elliptical was exactly what I needed! It fits perfectly under my desk and the little remote makes adjusting settings super easy. The machine is whisper quiet and the non-slip pedals are comfortable on my feet. The foot straps are removable, as are the arm resistance bands. It’s easy to adjust the speed and to reverse direction as well.
