I bought two of these for my bathroom. I liked the style better then other on Amazon and decided to give it chance even though the reviews were mixed about them working properly. First one installed works perfect, the second will not roll up and stays in roll down position. I contacted Amazon about replacement and it only allows me to take this one down and send it back. I am using this in my main bathroom ( other bathroom is under construction) and don’t want to be exposed for a week for the new one to come in. I also am not sure if the new one will work since these are prone to issues and asked Amazon to contact seller and ask them to check the item before replacing it and me possibly having same issue. It has been a week and no response. At this point my return window for sending it back will expire. Not sure how I feel about these because now it is sagging and I will have no choice but to take it down and return it and wait for new one! Ugh!!! ... show more

This company has sent me 3 shades. The first two would not roll up. The company provides troubleshooting instructions for this issue but I have crippled hands and must receive NEW products in WORKING ORDER. When the company rep read my complaint he/she immediately contacted me and sent me a third shade. This time it works. My suggestion to the manufacturer: make sure your product functions properly before you send it out the door. Your manufacturers know how to tighten the spring but purchasers may not. ... show more
