The vinyl slat composition will perform well in rooms that have some moisture like the kitchen or bathroom. Calyx Interior Mini Blinds can be easily cared-for, simply dust or use soap and water and your blinds will work well and look as good as new for years. If you plan to mount on the inside, please ensure your window-recess is at least 1/4 inches larger than the blind size that you purchase. Also, make certain that you have a 3/4" inches of depth/flat-space to install the mounting brackets or 2" if you want your blinds mounted flush with your frame.

We installed these blinds in a sun room where there are 7 windows. I waited a while to review to have some time to use them and see how things go. I was searching for something affordable in case I want to change to a different type of window covering when the room is finished. I also needed something safe as we have small grandchildren. These blinds have no loose string and go up and down simply by pushing up or pulling down at the bottom. I will say that I ordered just one to start to check the quality and fit with our window. Once that one was installed and looked great, I ordered the rest. They were easy to install, and after I measured the inside of the window casing, were a perfect fit. blinds looks great, i used inside mount method and hanging them was easy as 2 brackets screwed to window frame and blinds clip into bracket. they go up and down easy and the wand to open or close works fine too. my first time using non corded mini blinds, the ones these replaced were original to my home aluminum ones from the 80s still worked perfectly, but getting too old to keep them clean felt bad throwing them away but the new ones look bright and sharp..i bought 4 2 for living room and 2 for dinning room. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Hardware was included and installed quickly. Blind measurements are precise. I wouldn't go up a size or they may be too big. Operates smoothly. Decent quality for the price. Slats aren't flimsy but I'm not sure how durable they will be after repeated use. They've been up about a week, used every day, and all is well so far. When installing, I had to move the hanging brackets back further into the window frame so that the front of the blinds would hang flush with the window frame and hide the top clamp better since I don't use curtains that would cover it. The blind snaps into the brackets with a little force and holds firm. I put up 3 of these in less than 20 minutes. They have a clean look (especially without the cords) and freshen up the look of the room. ... show more
