The vinyl slat composition will perform well in rooms that have some moisture like the kitchen or bathroom. Calyx Interior Mini Blinds can be easily cared-for, simply dust or use soap and water and your blinds will work well and look as good as new for years. If you plan to mount on the inside, please ensure your window-recess is at least 1/4 inches larger than the blind size that you purchase. Also, make certain that you have a 3/4" inches of depth/flat-space to install the mounting brackets or 2" if you want your blinds mounted flush with your frame.

This blind uses a snap on type of mounting vs the plastic box retainers. Installation was very easy and the cordless blinds are a good fit and work amazing well. I can’t comment on longevity as I just installed it, but hopefully it will last.

Hardware was included and installed quickly. Blind measurements are precise. I wouldn't go up a size or they may be too big. Operates smoothly. Decent quality for the price. Slats aren't flimsy but I'm not sure how durable they will be after repeated use. They've been up about a week, used every day, and all is well so far. When installing, I had to move the hanging brackets back further into the window frame so that the front of the blinds would hang flush with the window frame and hide the top clamp better since I don't use curtains that would cover it. The blind snaps into the brackets with a little force and holds firm. I put up 3 of these in less than 20 minutes. They have a clean look (especially without the cords) and freshen up the look of the room. ... show more
