The media could not be loaded. First of all I would like to say that these are very nice blinds for a fraction of the price of more well known brand name motorized shades. Things I like the most about these shades. 1. Seem to be well made 2. Option for the solar panels to charge them is a game changer in my mind. Just hang them and never worry about the battery running low - I highly recommend taking advantage of this option. 3. Remote control came preprogrammed for all my shades. This was super helpful for me and I had the 4 shades up and working in less than 30 minutes. 4. Google and Smartthings integration is awesome. I can tell my blinds to go up and down whenever I need them to. I opted for the blinds that didn't have Alexa integration built in bc this is a Google home but if you buy a Bond Bridge you will have no issues integrating to Smartthings and Google. 5. They have worked almost flawlessly for the 3 months I have had them up. I say almost bc every once in a while one of the blinds won't go up BUT I am not sure if that is the Bond's fault or the blinds but it is almost certainly an issue with the RF command not quite making it to the blinds. It happens so infrequently though to really made a fuss over. 1 negative is that the blinds are pretty loud (especially when 4 are going up/down at a time) BUT this is clearly disclosed in the buying process that these aren't quiet blinds. I think they might have a model that is but I didn't want to kick out the extra cash for the quiet and honestly the noise doesn't bother me but I am not an easily annoyed by sounds type of person so take that as you will. Overall, these blinds have been great! At this point I would highly recommend those on the fence to go ahead and make the purchase. I had some reservation about quality with them coming from China but I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with their customer experience and the quality (top notch). Go ahead and make the purchase and save some cash and still get a great product!

Update: battery went dead after a few months. Yoolax send a new one within days. Great customer support and great product. Will buy again originally thought, based on the description, that any gen 4 echo product would be compatible, but it is only the echo 4th gen, not the echo 4th gen dot. That said, the blinds are very high quality and fit perfectly. Easy to install and connect to the the remote. Would buy again.

What I liked was the communication with the company. They double checked that I had the correct measurements sent to them. These blinds are up high on a vaulted wall that I cannot reach, but need shade with a remote control and solar panel to recharge. They're perfect! Fit perfect too!

First off you need a ZigBee 3.0 hub.. it can be the right Alexa device or in my case I got a Sonoff ZigBee 3.0 usb dongle. In HomeAssistant I installed ZigBee2MQTT and it works great. The regular ZigBee HomeAssistant Action didn't get the settings to move to a particular position. just up and down and stop. Press the pairing button for 6 seconds and it will pair no problem. There was an issue where my light wasn't working and the seller's tech support helped. I will probably buy more of these.

We bought two sets hoping we just ordered a wrong size. They don’t blackout completely, it is totally designed to not blackout all the way.

It came with no manual or instructions. It took me some time to figure out that for $270.- they even couldn't put a battery in the remote. It takes a particular battery, and I had to order one separately. The explanation of Alexa's compatibility was misleading, but the customer service is OUTSTANDING! They replied to all emails right away, taking full responsibility and agreeing to change the description on Amazon and providing solutions right away to all the problems. The blind itself is excellent quality construction and craftsmanship. Now, when I was able to solve the setup problem, I will buy more from them for the rest of my windows. QUALITY is not only in the product but primarily in the way you treat your customers. They do genuinely care about their product and the customer. I am giving them five stars for that itself.
