First and foremost I'd like to start this off by saying that all of these horribly designed "bucket seat" style gaming chairs, no matter what company, or brand are terribly uncomfortable. For the average gamer who spends 8-12 hours (and sometimes more) per day in one of these chairs, it is not recommended for daily use. The piston blew out on me within the first 3 months of owning g the chair. I contacted the company for a replacement and they abliged, but during the repair process I managed to bust through the wooden cross member on the base of the chair. And it is now leaning heavily to the right. I am not a small person, but this chair was supposed to be rated to 350 lbs, which I am not, and to me that means a person of that weight should be able to "co.fortably utilize all of the features this chair offers without worrying about damaging the product, or their own body in the process. I use an old pillow for additional padding on the seat as well, because there seems to he a lack of foam in this companies warehouse or something when it comes time to constructing the chair seats themselves, because it feels like I am sitting on a hard wood chair. The ONLY reason I am giving this product 2 stars instead of 1, is because the first time I reached out to their customer care department through Amazon I had no problems whatsoever getting a new piston. The problem is, now there's no option to reach out to them again through Amazon, and they barely exist on the internet anywhere else. I'm highly disappointed in the amount of time that it took me to get the piston replaced, but that would be my own fault. I wasn't aware of the specialty tools required to do the job, and after ordering the cheap and wrong ones twice and going through the refund process multiple times I finally managed to get it taked care of, only to break the base of the chair in the process... so with that being said I feel like the materials they use in their original designs could be stronger, and more durable, and last longer, as well ass provide more comfort for people intending to use their product for what it is designed for. Gaming. Most gamers will infact take days off of work when new releases come out and spend 18 or more hours in their chair. It needs to be supportive. -Fast shipping/got here on time & package was organized with all parts and pieces. -Assembled by myself; pretty easy, overall assemble time was 1 hour. They even include a free screw driver!!!:) PRO: Initially bought this in the midst of COVID-19 being able to work from home and needed something with comfort and better support. So far, its been about 3 weeks and this chair is actually pretty comfy. The support pillows may take getting used to for some, but I've felt that it has helped my posture and the adjustable recline makes back support reliable in all degrees. Lumbar pillow is a more firm, foam-like plush and the head pillow is more soft foam (I actually really like it). The armrests can be a bit sensitive when adjusting them side-to-side (right/left) but really makes no difference and would, personally, preffer them to be this way than having to put too much force. I weigh about 110lbs and a height 5'10". So, being on the more tall/slender side, I found this chair to keep up well. CON(ish): The only con I found is in the leg rest, which is more of a prefference I have, but it doesn't really extend too far out. Just out to about a bit below the knees/upper shin. At first it kinda felt like I had to balance my upper & lower body to feel still and relaxed, but it actually supports my body well. Again i'm a bit taller (5'10") and even in a reclined state with feet propped up, I still feel supported and RELAXED~ 5-star for Awesome design, feel and great price. ... show more

I was planning on purchasing a different chair from Amazon when this popped up in my recommendations, and I'm very glad that it did. The Muzii chair had almost all the features on my wishlist for significantly less money. Assembly was very easy and the build quality is a step above what I was expecting for the price. It wasn't the most comfortable chair out of the box, but after about a day and a half of use I was almost falling asleep in it. The leg rest is surprising sturdy. The arms are definitely my least favorite part about this chair, but they are far from terrible. They adjust up and down fine and have no issues locking in place vertically, but the swivel adjustments on the arm rest move a little bit to easily, and I can ser it being annoying to some. Shipping took a bit longer in my case, but I ordered when they were out of stock and the chair still came about 4 days earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone looking for a nice chair under $200. ... show more

I have used this chair in my office for 6 months. I am 6'5 250-260 lbs I purchased this during the pandemic. But unfortunately is isn't a 8 hours a day char. I think it would be fine for a couple hours and that is all. the seat currently has a cushion on it because it wasn't comfortable. the lumbar support was to big, so I replaced it with a better/vibrating cushion support. On a side note, it looked fine when I got it, I didn't have issues until a couple of weeks in. I have tried addressing those issues one by one. I can feel what seems like a steel bar, in a pool noodle on each side of the seat portion of the chair. I worry If I pushed down on it, my thumb would go through the seat. Honestly, I think the best option is to just buy a new chair. so 6 months and replaced for this buyer. I should have just purchased a new killerbee chair. ... show more

    • Very hard to compete with in the price range
Unlike the competition, this chair reclines a near full 180 and allows you to lie down with the footrest. While the chair itself is actually quite comfy, the lumbar and head pillow are mediocre. The footrest does what it's supposed to but it feels a little bit loose in the bracing. Of course, all of these flaws are to be expected in something that offers this many features at this price. The only real complaint I could think of was that the arm swivels aren't locked. You just push them around and they snap into different positions. I think it'd be better if they had a button to lock them into place, but otherwise the chair serves all of my desires. ... show more
