Overall I’m very happy with my purchase. The chair is of good quality materials and I put it together in less than an hour with the clear directions and tool provided. It is an attractive chair with clean lines which is what I was looking for. I like the lumbar support and it is comfortable however the seat is a bit firm. I am keeping the product and think it will serve me well. The only real caveat I have about it is that the arms of the chair are not adjustable up and down. They do lift up out of the way however and I had thought that lowering the chair would solve the stationary arms issue but I discovered that I don’t like sitting as low as I would need to sit at my desk when the arms are put down so I leave them up when working.     • Nice-ish chair but not what I expected.

Nice chair basically, good looking, and assembly went well, the wheels roll very nicely, lumbar support is good too, with comfy seat back. However, the "seat cushion" design itself is very odd, because the seat cushion is much thicker at the rear than it is at the front, thus you're constantly slipping off forward, always needing repeatedly to lift up and get back on the seat up further where you belong; while the seat tilt adjustments are of no help with this problem, no matter what setting you will be slipping off forward. The lever for adjusting reclining ability is very cumbersome and awkward to use. The arm rests are ok, comfy, but lack the ability to raise or lower, all you can do if flip it up totally out of your way. I wish I could return and exchange this chair for something better but there is no way this could easily be disassembled and returned in the box that is long since gone. This came in a box really super efficiently and very tightly packed, give them credit and kudos for the great packing design. Maybe, hopefully, the manufacturer has some suggestions for replacement when they see this review. ... show more
