They don't have the converse license plate, fit good added shoe pads to them they are ok, love the black on black and the size.

There are certainly shoes better for non slip but for the price, comfort and durability I wish I found out about these sooner. I was using shoes 4crews and off brands, total wastes of money compared to these. Only problems (probably specific to my work situation) are they built up a bad smell faster than other shoes and I will be replacing the laces with something more water resistant
