    • Excellent quality, almost too nice for the grandkids, I may order one for me.
Size: 21inch Color: light purple
What a cute, well-made real wood ukelele! The craftmanship is excellent, not to mention the accessories that come with it. You will need to order a tuner ($10). I would keep it for myself, yet I ordered a pastel pink and a pastel purple for the grandkids. There is a natural wood one available, I may order one for me. ... show more

    • Great Beginner Ukulele – Beautiful Sound & Complete Kit
Size: 21inch Color: Green-Yellow
Review Image by MB
The MUSTAR Soprano Ukulele (21 Inch) is an excellent choice for beginners and casual players. The basswood body produces a warm, clear sound that’s surprisingly rich for its size and price. It comes well-tuned out of the box and holds tuning nicely, which is perfect for those just starting to learn. I really appreciate the complete starter kit—the gig bag, strap, picks, cleaning cloth, and stickers make it very convenient and beginner-friendly. The lightweight design makes it comfortable for both adults and teenagers, and the smooth fretboard is easy on the fingers. The build quality feels solid, the finish looks great, and overall it offers excellent value for the money. ... show more

We got this ukulele for my daughter who wanted a ukulele. The color and size are great for her, the strings sound good, but need a lot of tuning. The case is okay, not amazing but enough to carry it around & it comes with extra string and picks. The plastic material looks like it will be durable. Great beginner ukulele! ... show more

    • No Digital Tuner-CORRECTED
Size: 21inch Color: pink
UPDATE: Immediately after I posted a 1-star rating I was contacted by Anne at Ideal Choice Products and offered a solution to my issue, I accepted, as the ukulele itself is well made and a quality choice for the price sold. Our friend is a guitar collector and he was impressed with the quality and sound (once tuned) and thought it perfect for our 5 yo granddaughter. I will look for other products from this company because of the stellar customer service provided. 5-stars!!! No digital tuner included. That was the reason I was willing to pay $12 over other brands with similar rating. How do I rectify? ... show more

    • The ukelele instrument needs tuning quite a lot,
especially when the strings are new- this is normal. But it's normal to need fine tuning between songs too. The tuner clips at the end of the headstock, over the face/hat logo. Comes with 2032 battery and works well. Top string is G, second string middle C, third string up to E, bottom string up to A. I did notice some of the 'teaching videos' on the internet are a bit 'off' so if you're not a musician- search around for something others recommend! And for 'basic soprano ukelele chord chart' and 'tuning a soprano ukelele'. I'm really enjoying learning it, it's a fun instrument. This is a good basic product for learning on. ... show more

    • Only consider this as a toy, not a serious instrument
Size: 21inch Color: blue
This High Gloss Soprano Basswood Ukulele 21inch Starter Kit for Beginner is perfect for what I ordered it to do. That is to give my 2 and 1/2 year old grandson something to distract him while I try to give his 6 year old sister some basic lessons on her ukulele . It looks nice, and is light weight. Questionable as to whether it will stay tuned. The strings are supposedly nylon, but feel more like plastic. The accessories are minimally acceptable, with the exception that the auto tuner might prove useful as a backup. Tonal quality is rather poor, but may improve somewhat when the strings are "broken in"...All in all it's really a toy. ... show more

    • It's a good place to start
Size: 21inch Color: pink
I bought this for my 6yr granddaughter. She loved it. I was impressed with how well it played/sounded being so cheap. Will it replace my more expensive ukulele? NO but for a child or beginner it's a good starting point. I think the strings are one of the let downs on this instrument so I will be swapping them for better strings in the future but the rest of the ukulele seems ok enough made. ... show more

    • Poor Quality. You're Better Off Buying Something Else.
Size: 21inch Color: pink
I bought this ukulele as a gift for my niece and to teach her how to play. Usually, if you buy an inexpensive instrument, you can expect some quality issues but they can be overlooked within reason. That way, if the child outgrows it or loses interest, it's not a big deal. However, the tuning pegs do not work properly at all! I expected the strings to stretch and be out of tune when an instrument is new, but the slop in the tuning pegs was ridiculous. You literally could not touch it without the strings being wildly out of tune. My dad is a guitar tech and he said there was no saving this. The workmanship is just too poor. Save your money and get something better. A kid is guaranteed to lose interest if an instrument is unplayable. ... show more
