If your child likes to pretend to be a Rockstar with a pink Ukulele, then this would be a good start! When I first unboxed the Uke it looked cute for my little girl. When I tried to tune the Uke, the E chord was really rough and made a grinding noise. The other tuners were smooth and normal. I wanted to return it as I was afraid it was poor craftsmanship. I attempted to return it but received a shipping label that was to go somewhere in China. Then later I received an email that said that label was incorrect and it could be returned to the states but buyer pays shipping. I figured by the time I pay for shipping back it would probably cost me half of what I paid for the original item. I decided to keep it. It serves it’s purpose for my toddler to walk around and pretend she is playing Moana songs, but I would not buy another one. I had purchased a different brand for my son and it sounds a lot better. This one is just fine but not great. It actually looks better than it sounds if that makes sense. Overall if you love the bright color pink then this would be the Ukulele for you!

Amazing for children to get them interested, but if they have the talent and perform chords, upgrade them. This is a perfect forst ukulele but has trouble holding a tune.

My son really wanted a ukulele and we decided on this one. Unfortunately, when we opened the box there was no bag. The description clearly states it comes with a gig bag. That was the main reason we chose to buy this item.

This High Gloss Soprano Basswood Ukulele 21inch Starter Kit for Beginner is perfect for what I ordered it to do. That is to give my 2 and 1/2 year old grandson something to distract him while I try to give his 6 year old sister some basic lessons on her ukulele . It looks nice, and is light weight. Questionable as to whether it will stay tuned. The strings are supposedly nylon, but feel more like plastic. The accessories are minimally acceptable, with the exception that the auto tuner might prove useful as a backup. Tonal quality is rather poor, but may improve somewhat when the strings are "broken in"...All in all it's really a toy.
