I have been using the appropriate battery which like everybody else has said is not included with the remote or they DO NOT tell you what type of battery you need in the manual. I have put in two different brand new CR2032 batteries and the remote does not work. So then I try to download the app and the QR code will not work and it times out. So I went to the Apple App Store downloaded the app and still cannot register the device. Plus all the words are misspelled (verification/cancel etc...) The company may need to send a new remote Because it will be a pain that I have to bend under my desk to keep changing the speed of the treadmill ... show more

Very pleased with how this treadmill was secured safely in its packaging, and delivery was quicker than expected. I love that it's compact but comfortable enough for me (5'2") and my husband (5'11"). Even the kids enjoy walking on it (supervised, of course). Wish there was an "easy button" to press and it would easily lift or drop down the bar, but it isn't that big of a hassle to use the allen wrench to secure either way. It isn't overly loud at high speeds, but wouldn't use it above 4.0 while the kids are asleep. Moved it away from earshot to avoid this though. Overall, got a good treadmill and at a great price. The treadmill worked well. It fit great into a small space. Noise was medium and the functions were very basic. Definitely served itโ€™s purpose until the board under the belt began to sag. It felt like you were walking in a ditch. There is no support for the particle board deck under the belt. Max weight of user has been 185 lbs and logged less than 150 miles before the problem began since it is supplemental to the gym. I tried to reached the seller several times to no avail. We tried to replace the board but it is near impossible to get to the bolts holding it in. ... show more

Reading all the other reviews.. I was hesitant to order.. but did anyways. I am actually very happy with the treadmill. It is very quiet and has a lot of power. I can run almost a full sprint in the basement and the wife cant hear me upstairs! I also really like that you can control it via an APP on your phone or also use the remote watch ( which I find very handy!). All in all... for the price, I am very happy with the purchase! Not sure why others had negative experience's... but thankfully mine are all positive! Highly recommend for the cost, use & ability to store it away under a bed or couch when not being used! Compact and easy to setup. Had it for a little over a year. At first, I used it for walking only and it worked great. Then started light jogging twice a week for 30 minutes. Didnโ€™t last long. Belt started slipping then one day โ€œCRACKโ€, the board under the belt cracked. Now useless.

This treadmill is perfectly designed for a small space and a walking/slow jogging workout. If you are trying to get started on a cardio inclusive routine you can count on this treadmill to deliver a great price and useful design. Love that I can use this in the winter, then store it out of the way easily when I am no longer using it. Works well so far, I have had it over a month with no issues.

So far I am very pleased with this treadmill. It has a nice design, feels sturdy, and I love the screen. I (Female 5'3") don't have any trouble with the length.
