Needed 40'x60' or even close to it, This was 37.5x57.5. I would be okay with how thin it was if it wasn't all full of gaps between the weave. Set me back $250 on top of the price I paid for this tarp to find a solution to fix the problem this caused

Not as waterproof as one would hope. I thought that waterproof meant that water would not penetrate the material. Unfortunately water will seep through the mesh. If it was meant to cover a roof being repaired, expect some water to get through. We were using it to capture water and with in 24 hours all the water had "leaked" out over the entire area. It came apart easily. I was putting it up on the roof when it started to come apart. Trash won't buy again. Save your money not worth it. Also it's very thin almost transparent.

BEWARE these tarps are GARBAGE, these are the thinnest tarps I've ever used. they were ripped out of the box, leaked the first time it rained and ripped again with the slightest breeze.
