I got this backpack as a gift for traveling. I haven't taken it on an airplane yet, just in the car. It holds a good deal of things--for me, it holds my laptop, all of my device chargers, all of my toiletry items, a book, hair dryer, and curling iron. Lots of little pockets inside and out. Water bottle fits in the side, as does a phone with a slit in the pocket for charging ease. I was very skeptical, well, I am of most things I buy on Amazon anymore, but this exceeded my expectations. I wanted a new backpack for my 17 in LG Gram laptop. My old bag wasnt closing well because my laptop was too big for it. I loved this gray purple color but was worried about the fabric and the quality. I've been using it over a month now and it is awesome. The zippers work great, my laptop disappears in this bag, and there are these two inside side pockets in the middle/main part that I put my cords and mouse (think the two outside water bottle pockets, but on the inside! --it also has two water bottle pockets on the outside). On a daily basis, I carry my laptop, an external monitor, multiple cords, my wireless mouse, a large notebook, pens, a folder, my large planner, keys, and usually a water bottle. It holds everything and still has room. The outside fabric is slick, so rain bounces off (I wouldn't call it rainproof though, as it doesn't have that fabric that goes over the zippers to protect the inside), and the back and straps have padding, which is a nice touch. It sits up-right well, and has adjustable straps. It has two padded pockets for electronics. It *feels* like a good backpack, not like a cheapy one. For some reason, this bag with the same items in it as my old bag, feels like it isn't as heavy on my back. I don't know what sorcery that is but I like it. I would definitely recommend this backpack to anyone who wanted a techy, chic, and spacious backpack. ... show more

My 4th grader loves this backpack. It is very stylish and has plenty of room for books, headphones, iPad, folders, jacket, etc. One cup holder on either side. USB hookup for charging your devices. I would like it better if it was a bit wider. Standard folders barely fit, but it’s manageable. I don’t think this bag would work for older grades with many books as it is narrow. This backpack is the best one Ive ever owned. It’s beautiful, but not only that it’s functional with plenty of room. Not too big and not too small. Perfect! The charging port did worrying me that I couldn’t was it. I can’t stand the thought of the backpack being on the floor of an airplane and not being able to wash it when I get home. I took a chance end pulled out the port ( gently) and machine washed the back pack on a very gentle short cycle in cold water. No dryer, just hung it up with all pockets opened. I plugged it back in when it dried overnight and worked perfectly! Fingers crossed that it will continue to be able to be washed. Even though the seller does not recommend it, I’m thrilled to get airplane and travel dirt off! ... show more
