It never worked from the minute I got it out of the box. It wouldn't sync. It wouldn't load icloud. And it couldn't open anything in pages, keynote or numbers because that software wasn't autoloaded. Sounds simple to solve, but would not download any of those apps claiming it had to have an macOS 15 or higher. So, waste of effort and hours of my time trying to get it to work. ... show more

Giving 4 stars because I ordered my MacBook to be in excellent condition. When it came it had a few dings and scratches on the outside. It looked to be in maybe fair condition at best! The screen and keyboard appears to be in excellent condition and works great! It holds a charge well and the quality of it is good! Overall I’m happy with it! It was good quality and functional, but just know that it will NOT update to the most recent software version. If you have used Mac before, you can access older versions of the apps in your purchase history and download those, but nothing new from the App Store will work on it.

I have bought plenty of refurbished phones , and typically when they say they're in "excellent" condition they arrive looking brand new. This laptop has scratches on the screen and casing. I would say it's in "good" condition. It also doesnt hold charge like a new laptop. Full charge lasts only about two hours. That said, it was only $300 and works fairly quickly.
