I had given my old MacBook away and waiting for this year’s iMac, but I got into a school program and needed a laptop. I had been searching on Best Buy, but I was skeptical because of the reviews. I bought this because of the positive reviews, and I thought worst case I’ll return it if it’s bad. This is a fantastic buy, it’s absolutely clean, not a scratch, I can’t believe a refurbished look this good. It feels like mine, I’m in disbelief at the amazing condition of this MacBook and it arrived 1 day early. Please buy it. The battery life is 86% and didn’t come with original MacBook charger, but I’m giving 5 stars regardless. I have original Apple charger, so I don’t mind. This is my first time owning an Apple device without purchasing from the store. I hope this MacBook lasts me for a long time. Till then, buy if you are in need. Do not mind the negative reviews, I almost purchased from a different vendor due to it. I made this lengthy for potential buyers to not be discouraged. I originally got this Late 2020 MacBook Air (excellently refurbished) to replace my early 2020 MacBook Air because of the poor battery and loud fan. This computer did just that and more. I was so excited when it came in that I opened it RIGHT away. When I opened it, I noticed a little broken dot on the screen of the computer (attached below) and one scratch on the bottom of the computer, besides that no other scratches, dents, or dings.HOWEVER, everybody who orders this will have slightly different experiences. Because the speed of the computer, long battery life ( 88% maxiumum battery capacity), and quietness are like no other. Definitely the best computer I've ever had, not to mention for such a good price.

I bought this MacBook refurbished in “Excellent” condition, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. It looks practically brand new. The only thing I noticed was a few small scratches on the top exterior near one corner, but they are very minor and barely noticeable. The bottom and the rest of the exterior look almost completely new. The screen and keyboard also look practically brand new, with no noticeable issues. As for performance, it’s very fast and has been working perfectly so far. What impressed me the most was the battery health. It arrived with 99% battery health, which I honestly wasn’t expecting from a refurbished MacBook. Considering its condition and performance, I’m very happy with my purchase. It looks and feels much newer than I expected for a refurbished device.

i was very surprised with the quality of this refurbished late 2020 macbook air; it's my first macbook, so maybe i'm just biased, but the sleek and compact design is to die for, the processor chip makes everything so fast and easy to use. it was definitely worth the money, but the only issue is the ports. i have an external microphone, and since it's a different usb type, it isn't compatible with those kinds of plug-ins, so if you're considering transitioning from a windows to a mac, i'd recommend buying an external port or an adapter in order to use other "appliances" so to speak :) also, i got pretty lucky! mine came with 92% battery capacity, but it did come with an off-brand charger (but it definitely works).

I am extremely impressed with this MacBook. The last MacBook I had was a used 17" 2009 MacBook Chrome that I still have. My first was the original New 2006 17" Chrome MacBook, $2800. When they stopped making the 17" I switched to my iMac's. However over the years as I started traveling I wanted something to take so I got an Ipad pro and got used to the smaller screen (sort of) but still missed the convenience of a MacBook or iMac over the iPad. Since it is basically just for travel I thought refurbished was the way to go. I happened upon this late 2020 Apple Late 2020 MacBook Air with Apple M1 Chip, 13-inch, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD and couldn't be happier. The sellers reviews were so positive so I scooped this up at a great price. If I didn't know better I would think it was brand new.

I bought this unit as a gift for a dear friend's 80th birthday. She decided she wanted to learn how to use a computer. I'm not new to buying refurbished. I got an iPhone from another company and it was a good experience. I have the M2 Air with 8 gigs RAM and 256 Gig SSD and it has never let me down. EVER! I don't do anything heavy duty like video editing or coding so this configuration has worked well in writing my two books and well into my third. My friend certainly isn't going to be doing anything heavy and gaming just isn't in the mix. I ordered the "excellent" version and was a little dismayed by some of the negative reviews. Well, I opened the box a couple of hours ago and am SUPER SATISFIED!!! It looks brand new. I really had to search for the three small, hardly noticeable chips on one corner. The keyboard looks as though a finger never hit a key. The display is spot on perfect. I could not be happier with what I received from Amazon Refurbished.

Don’t have any complaints it is what it was described as other than it said it was an excellent condition, but it still had some decent scratches in it as well as some other blemishes overall I love it and the battery life was at 94% so still pretty good
