Was skeptical buying this macbook, ended up buying it in excellent condition and this thing is basically brand new! Not a single scratch or imperfection on it, came with a charger and battery capacity is at 90%! Touch bar works amazing and runs pretty quickly as well. Worth the buy!!

I hate giving reviews so early in the purchasing process because some things can work phenomenally, and then three weeks later, you can end up having problems. Still, as most people state, I’ll update if something down the line doesn’t meet my satisfaction. This MacBook Pro is above and beyond anything I could’ve hoped for; all of the keys function. It’s fast, no scratches, no dings. It looks practically brand new for a refurbished MacBook, even though we don’t know what the refurbish contributed to. It’s working flawlessly, I’m able to do my post for my online classes and not have to use my roommate's MacBook Air. Battery life is beyond anything I could’ve hoped for, 92% battery. I received a faulty device. After multiple attempts to update to the latest version of Mac OS, I noticed that it wouldn’t work and that this Mac also appears to have a full battery even after hours of use. I’m not sure what they did to the battery. It says that it’s at 100%capacity, but even in the best-case scenario, that can’t be possible for a 4 year old computer. They didn’t include a charger either, but that’s the least of my worries. Going to repurchase from a more trusted source. Hoping for a better result. (Update) The MacBook stopped being able to hold a charge . It was so exhausting trying to get this thing to work. I really was so happy to receive this. It looked pretty good and I was so hyped to see a perfect battery. I should’ve known something was up when that status never changed or when the update to the latest OS would not complete. I kept trying for hours and hours. I really still have no clue what was wrong with this computer. The replacement is on its way from a different seller. When I bought this refurbished MacBook Pro, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Would it be like a fine wine—aged to perfection? Or more like my ex—full of glitches and prone to overheating? Turns out, this MacBook has been through some different hands, but unlike my past relationships, it actually works. The keyboard responds when I press its buttons (unlike certain people who shall remain nameless), the battery lasts longer than 10 minutes (take notes, Steve), and it doesn’t randomly shut down when things get hard. Sure, it has a few minor scratches—battle scars from its past life—but don’t we all? At least this one came with a warranty. Five stars. Would commit to it again. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this Amazon Renewed MacBook Pro 13.3" listed as being in excellent condition. Functionally, it works great, the battery is still at 98% capacity, everything operates properly, and it came with the original charger. There are a few cosmetic flaws: a small dent and scratch on the front panel visible from a distance, and one slightly dented corner. Fortunately, these didn’t prevent me from using a cover. While the cosmetic issues don’t affect performance, I wouldn’t quite describe the condition as “excellent” based on Amazon’s own description. I bought mine in excellent condition, working great and have had no issue so far. I will say extra packing needs to be added inside the packaging. Mine was shipped through fedex with no fragile label and even then it doesn't stop delivery drivers from slinging stuff. The guy who delivered kind of just threw it down on my porch.. :/ not the sellers fault but if they do read this hopefully they will take my comment into consideration! ... show more
