I had given my old MacBook away and waiting for this year’s iMac, but I got into a school program and needed a laptop. I had been searching on Best Buy, but I was skeptical because of the reviews. This school emailed about information session and requested to bring a laptop. I came here for fast delivery because I had just 5 days to get a laptop. I bought this because of the positive reviews, and I thought worst case I’ll return it if it’s bad. This is a fantastic buy, it’s absolutely clean, not a scratch, I can’t believe a refurbished look this good. It feels like mine, I’m in disbelief at the amazing condition of this MacBook and it arrived 1 day early. Please buy it. The battery life is 86% and didn’t come with original MacBook charger, but I’m giving 5 stars regardless. I have original Apple charger, so I don’t mind. This is my first time owning an Apple device without purchasing from the store. I hope this MacBook lasts me for a long time. Till then, buy if you are in need. Do not mind the negative reviews, I almost purchased from a different vendor due to it. I made this lengthy for potential buyers to not be discouraged. I’ve only had it for 4 days, but I already feel like it’ll last me. Fingers crossed. ... show more

The one I got looks like it’s never been used.!! This machine is a workhorse with all of the luxury you expect the keys are beautiful to touch. The picture is Super high-quality -colors are beautiful. I previously owned the same model A beautiful MacBook that I bought brand new in 2020 before that I had a 2012 there wasn’t anything wrong with it. I just wanted a new one something shiny. I’ve had this for six years and used it for online school, cricket and silhouette cameo, artistic graphic design designs and I even did my own divorce using this machine ! I travel and did not have a case on my previous MacBook unfortunately it took a hit and got a little crack at the base of the screen even that was not an issue for over a year. It worked perfectly no problems unfortunately one morning I work woke up and there were lines across the screen, knowing that School was about to start again and I would need it on a regular basis and no breaks. I knew I needed to make a move. I looked at the Mac book neo, which was comparable in price and brand new it just doesn’t have the features for the price that I was looking for ! I didn’t want less than what I had! I knew what I was getting with this machine and when it showed up, i was thrilled! it looked like no one had ever used it. I do own several Apple made chargers that I got for my original laptop and I recommend investing in one of them! I was concerned about this one being at least as nice as the one I had and it’s like a brand new one Also, customer service reached out and I feel very confident that if I have any issues, I can get help with whatever I need! I would not hesitate with this one! Even though it’s older it has the potential to last yet another decade and the price is well within reason! Do this if you want high quality ! ... show more

i was very surprised with the quality of this refurbished late 2020 macbook air; it's my first macbook, so maybe i'm just biased, but the sleek and compact design is to die for, the processor chip makes everything so fast and easy to use. it was definitely worth the money, but the only issue is the ports. i have an external microphone, and since it's a different usb type, it isn't compatible with those kinds of plug-ins, so if you're considering transitioning from a windows to a mac, i'd recommend buying an external port or an adapter in order to use other "appliances" so to speak :) also, i got pretty lucky! mine came with 92% battery capacity, but it did come with an off-brand charger (but it definitely works). ... show more

I bought this MacBook refurbished in “Excellent” condition, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. It looks practically brand new. The only thing I noticed was a few small scratches on the top exterior near one corner, but they are very minor and barely noticeable. The bottom and the rest of the exterior look almost completely new. The screen and keyboard also look practically brand new, with no noticeable issues. As for performance, it’s very fast and has been working perfectly so far. What impressed me the most was the battery health. It arrived with 99% battery health, which I honestly wasn’t expecting from a refurbished MacBook. Considering its condition and performance, I’m very happy with my purchase. It looks and feels much newer than I expected for a refurbished device. ... show more

I've had my laptop for almost a year now and I love it. The charger sent was no good, but I was credited and was able to get a quality Mac charger. The speed, the size, color, condition, ease of use, performance all in tact. When I bought it to the Mac store, they were trying to tell me to get a brand new one and return it, I'm glad I didn't. I'm pleased and recommend this seller. ... show more

I am extremely impressed with this MacBook. The last MacBook I had was a used 17" 2009 MacBook Chrome that I still have. My first was the original New 2006 17" Chrome MacBook, $2800. When they stopped making the 17" I switched to my iMac's. However over the years as I started traveling I wanted something to take so I got an Ipad pro and got used to the smaller screen (sort of) but still missed the convenience of a MacBook or iMac over the iPad. Since it is basically just for travel I thought refurbished was the way to go. I happened upon this late 2020 Apple Late 2020 MacBook Air with Apple M1 Chip, 13-inch, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD and couldn't be happier. The sellers reviews were so positive so I scooped this up at a great price. If I didn't know better I would think it was brand new. ... show more

12/20/23 I've used a Mac back in 2016 but had to trade and get a new device cause it eventually started acting up/becoming slow. That's why I wanted to specifically get the M1 silicon cause I wanted to get back into it. Now thie Mac Air is thrilling awesome for a refurbished one, came with 100 charge Cycle Normal battery life, and a maximum capacity of 96% which I'll say that is Awesome and above the 80% mark. The body of the MBA has very minimal edge scratches that you barely notice unless you specifically pick it up and look at it. It came with a different charger than what Apple hands out but the charger is from one of apples licensed distributor as well. It has a 65W output which is brilliant. I have been using it for 4 days now and mostly coding; pycharm amd Vscode and editing musical pieces via ableton and GarageBand and I gotta say this 13.3inch m1 can handle its own without stress btw and still has space for more. Only thing I am currently battling is fingerprints on the screen like when opening which can be annoying sometimes but with a little microfiber cloth, it goes away anything else can easily remove it. Battery life with this is legit, I've had it for 4 days and only had to charge it twice; the day I setup and 2 days later after it dropped to 20%. My usage was daily for about 8 to 9hrs or 10 a day whilst actively coding, watching YouTube, preparing patches with mainstage or ableton and keeping these guys minimized and not closed whilst working some other applications. The day to day battery life is exactly what I want, stress of charging a PC in the day time is annoying enough as I have to move around a lot with it so this solves a great problem for me. I tested all the ports to make sure they are working and they all did, tried out all.my keys to make sure I had no lagging, no delayed keys or dead key which I had none. Bluetooth, wifi, airdrop, speakers, track pad, Webcam (not the greatest in dark lighting but still ok; don't bother me cause I use it once a blue moon). All in all I've tested things that could go wrong in a refurbished computer right out of the box so right now it's just seeing if it can last a month and more with my daily use without it going haywire or anything cause refund tends to do that but I have faith in this one that at least I'll be holding unto it a year and more before I do an upgrade. I'll drop an update 2 or 3 weeks into using it to compare my reviews. My seller was BuySPRY, awesome job with packaging and shipping and documentation. Definitely recommend y'all! I'll be giving updates before my 90 day mark in case anything does eventually happen which I'm hoping not. Update Jan 19 2024 Had to return the macbook air to get a refund cause I could not get a replacement. Reason I had to return is because after a couple weeks, I noticed whenever I plugged in the charger, it kept saying battery not charging even when I swapped Cords, check power outlet . It just kept saying battery not charging and maybe after 30 minutes stayed charging again mind you I'm not using the PC barely Anything running in the background. One point PC was closed completely on 19% and then I plugged it in and I heard the little tone that comes on when you plug it in. Only to show up an hr 30 minutes later and battery was still on 19% and did not even charge at all... still plugged in, outlet working fine. So I had to unplug, plug back unplug and back again before I could see progress in charging. I'm sorry I can't deal with that within a month of just owning it Who's to say what will happen 5 months down the line. Hence my reduced review to 3 stars. I guess it had an issue after all or maybe not but I can't have that within a month or so. ... show more
