  • doesn't have fans on the bottom so it can over heat fast
I was super nervous to get one especially refurbished because of the reviews on some but I would def recommend getting the better quality than the good and for me it hasn't over heated yet I'm not on it that much and I'm excited to use it for school! Easy to set up and came with charger cord and block! ... show more

  • Horrible refurbish
I bought this laptop to be a back up for when my job switched over from Macs to Dells. When it first arrived, I turned it on, and everything seems to be working fine. It’s sat on my desk almost completely unused for a long time. I now need to transfer all of my files over to this laptop, and it won’t turn on. I took it to a repair shop where they told me that the motherboard is completely dead. Also, everything is soldered into it, so if I had any data stored already, it would be inaccessible. I am furious that a computer that I never used is now completely worthless. Buyer beware! ... show more

  • Unreliable
The laptop worked for a couple months, then the keyboard stopped working. Sent it back and got no response for a week. Had to request refund multiple times. The seller cuts corners on refurbishing and on customer service

  • Mixed
Came in a big cardboard box wrapped in bubble wrap - was a bit weird since I thought it would come in a more secure box or an Apple box. Also had grease stains on it that I had to polish off with window cleaner. The laptop was completely dead as well when I tried to turn it on and was scared that it had been broken in transit, but as we stand now (a week later) the laptop is working fine for my studies. Came with a charger, but the cord isn’t the best quality and is very short and takes long to charge the laptop to full battery. ... show more

  • Arrived locked
Upon arrival the MacBook Air had someone else’s Apple ID already signed into the computer. We can not use it. Very disappointed.

  • Not a good purchase
Battery life it's supposed to be up to 11 hours. I had charged the macbook to 100% a night prior to my exam. On the time to start the test I had still 100%, to my disbelief it was berly an hour after using it during the test that I had already consumed 70% of its battery life. Worried I still had 2 more hours for the rest to go. I had to speed up the answers. Now I don't know yet I I did ok being under this kind of pressure. I FEEL SCAMMED!!!! DO NOT BUY IT!!!! ... show more
