I’ve had my new Mobi Scooter for about two months. It has worked seamlessly. The scooter is very comfortable. It is very stable and drives great — on flat ground it is fantastic and it goes up and down hills easily, and always stops right when I let off on the ‘go’ handle. I have yet to drain the battery anywhere close to low charge, even though I have taken it out on several fairly long rides (for me that’s about an hour). It is easy to take apart to put it into the rear hatchback my Subaru Outback, where it fits great with room to spare. I always remove the battery before I move it, it’s a lot lighter and easier to lift that way. The only other things are that I wish the handle on the front of the scooter was as big as the handle on the back, which would make lifting it into and out of the car or up the steps and into the house easier. And it’s also a little tricky to pull the post that is under the seat from its tube on the scooter when removing the seat. But these are very minor things. It is definitely a solid and well built machine, and I expect to get quite a few years of regular use out of it. Great purchase for me.

I've had this scooter for about two months and used it on several day trips. The scooter comes well equipped and is easily assembled/disassembled. It is heavy, even disassembled. ( the battery itself must be 30 lbs. and the frame double that. I am 70 and I can just barely manage the weight in and out of the car) I got the extended range battery and it has never gotten below 50%. The longest was a six hour Zoo trip I don't know if I really needed the 'extended range'. (I've charged it about a half dozen times overnight with no problems but I can't say how long it takes to recharge). It just barely fits into my Hyundai Kona's trunk (its exactly 48" long, exactly the size of the trunk). It easily fits into a 'family' van. The scooter is built like a tank, heavy-duty metalwork and strong welds (but it is 'squeaky'). It comes with front and rear baskets and armrests (which I really don't need) I weigh 280 lbs. and the speed is excellent ( I usually have it set for about 1/3 speed). I'm 5;7" and I ride in it comfortably. Going up even relatively steep hills is no problem and gets around grassy ball fields is no problem (but as to be expected, very bumpy). Caution going up/down 'slanted' hills it can tilt, especially if going too fast which you can do with this scooter.

I spend a lot of time doing research on any purchases and especially is that the case with something as critical as a mobility product for my wife. She is heavy and requires something sturdy, so I was very selective when it came to weight ratings within our budget. Nothing I found in my search matched the features and affordability as the Ecomobi scooter. We knew the scooter would require four wheels for stability, yet we also wanted one compact enough to transport in our small SUV. The attached images show how few pieces need to be detached so that I can lift it without straining my 70+ year old body. The pieces go together swiftly without needing a single tool. Removing the battery (it's easy) practically cuts the weight of the scooter in half. Most scooters of this size and price are restricted to about 4 mph, but the Ecomobi can be cranked up to move nearly as fast as my e-bike, making it possible for us to enjoy trips to the park together again. The detachable cargo baskets are handy, and the seat is truly comfortable. I can't think of a single feature this scooter is missing, yet it's priced will below most similarly equipped rides.

On the last day of four day rock festival I finally decided to do my review. The battery life lasted me almost 2 days at the festival. The speed setting I have to keep turned down very low so that I’m not out running people. This mobility scooter has some real get up and go. There is a slight hesitation when you first pull the accelerator. I have not had any trouble on the grass. Luckily it has not rained. I am 5‘7“ and 220 pounds, the scooter fits me very comfortably. I do have to extend the arms out just a bit. I wear a size 7 1/2 in women’s shoes. I have about an inch or more space left for my feet. The front light is extremely bright at night. Provides great visibility. The horn I wish was louder for the event, but it’s probably fine for every day situations. The front and rear basket are perfect for what I need to carry into the festival. It gives me plenty of space to carry my drink, blanket, and sweatshirt for after dark. If you were to try to pick the scooter up with everything assembled, it is very heavy. However, once I take the seat, baskets, and battery off it is very easy to lift and sit in my trunk. Keep in mind, the battery alone is about 24 pounds. Just be aware, I ordered the blue and it is more grey than blue. I’m perfectly fine with that.

Its a scooter for the elderly. It works great, did a ride of about 8 miles, mostly sidewalk, and had no trouble. The Amazon description indicates it come with rear view mirrors, but I didn't get them. The product is very good, well engineered, and works well. My only complaint is lack of mirrors. I'm adding to the review. The front basket is good for my oxygen concentrator, the basket behind the wind screen holds manual, small tools, etc. The rear basket folds nicely but handles small amount of grocery items, I now have access to banks, groceries, liibrary, etc.. Good machine but somewhat harsh ride over sidewalk cracks. Glad I bought it!

The media could not be loaded. My husband has been looking for a scooter for a while now that was affordable and would work for him. He isn't able to walk too far before his legs give out and he has t sit before falling. This has caused him to be depressed because he can't enjoy retirement. Now with the scooter he can do many of the things he enjoyed before. He can go on rides walking our dog while sitting comfortably. The scooter works well in the yard, on gravel, grass and on the sidewalk. Easy to assemble. Battery life is great for his needs. Very easy to operate. Seeing him happier means the world to all our family. Thank you Ecomobi!
