This frame was VERY HARD to put together. The holes on two pieces were not threaded which required extra strength and effort to twist the screws in. It was nearly impossible. The tool ended up getting stripped on the end from having to use so much effort to turn the screws. In the end I couldn’t even get two of them screwed in and had to hammer them which probably means this piece of junk won’t stay together long. Also, not all the parts had letters on them so you basically have to decide what is which part based on the mirror image it makes to the one that is labeled. I do not recommend buying this AT ALL!! Update: I have updated my review to 4 stars after originally rating it 1 star. While this item was difficult to assemble, the company reached out to me via email after seeing my review and offered a resolution that I am very happy with. They did not ask me to change my feedback, I’m doing that on my own. They admitted the product I ordered had some shortcomings and stated they were fixing those and genuinely apologized for my unhappy experience. I’m leaving my original review posted for full transparency but I am pleased with the customer service I received and happy with the end resolution. I would recommend this company.

Had all my hardware and some that were left over. Don’t need a lot of help most of it can be down with one person. No scratches on the frame parts. Very recommended. Follow the directions and don’t tighten any of it down 100% until it’s all together.

This bedframe is bigger than my queen mattress and leaves 3-5 inches of leftover room on each side, which makes it a little awkward to get in to. Otherwise, it was very easy to put together, only took about an hour and a half! It seems sturdy and I'm confident it'll hold for a few years. They also sent extra screws and support bar clips for each piece, which was nice.

I felt like it came from Ikea. Some pats had no letters, a few holes didn't line up. But with the help of my son, we put it together. He did use his box spring, but it's fine for him because he's 6 ft tall. If your 5 ft 7 in you will have to jump on the bed. Lol 😆

I built this yesterday and it was very easy to put together due to great instructions. It feels very solid and stable. It came with a foam strip for the middle bar where the cross support bars lay on it to mitigate any metal on metal squeaking sound. Very happy with this purchase.
