Physical damage or damage due to improper installation will void the manufacturer's warranty. Within the first year you can contact us for warranty issues. The product must be returned to us at the customer's expense in order for us to perform warranty service. After the first year, warranty issues must be handled directly through the manufacturer. The manufacturer will require a receipt from the original purchase. Product specific warranty information will be included with the product packaging. This was a great addition to a 2013 Rav4. While it did take about 2 hours to install, all directions were easy to follow and the wire harnesses made it simple to install. I only had to splice two wires, the rest were plug and play. Would definitely buy again.

    • Moderately Difficult Install With Very Generic (Not Vehicle Specific) Instructions
I successfully installed this system today on a Toyota Rav 4 2015 and it works perfectly as described. However it was not very simple and the instructions were unclear for a lot of details. It should be known that this kit is not vehicle specific, it is generic to lots of makes and models, and not all parts will be used. They claim that there are vehicle specific instructions, but they are still totally generic, with exception to a wiring diagram that has unclear symbols with no explanation (IE where you have to tap/splice/ cut existing factory wires.) Being that I installed this on a weekend there was no support line to call, but I assume they would have explained this had I called during the week. 1) My vehicle does not have a factory hood switch. The instructions were unclear if I HAD to install the provided hood pin, or the provided toggle switch, or if neither were required. In the end I didn’t do either. I think this should have been explained with vehicle specific instructions 2) Instructions on how to remove the required panels can be found on YouTube but not in these instructions. 3) Based on the videos I watched it appears other kits require no cutting or splicing. Because this kit is generic I had to splice into 4 different wires at electrical plugs which can be tricky because there is not much wire to work with. Overall this product works perfect: just know what you are getting into and be ready to spend at least a few hours installing it. If you can I would recommend installing during the their tech support hours (M-F 9-5) so they can explain the wiring diagram. Three stars for misleading product title claiming to be vehicle specific, and instructions not being specific enough to my vehicle. ... show more

I had gotten one for a Corolla from this same company. I had found it easy to install, and worked well for years. When I got my new 2017 RAV4, I got this for mine, and then my mom purchased a 2013 RAV4. All 3 work great!

    • Not what I'd call easy to install
My unit is installed and operating as intended. My car is a 17 RAV4 LE. When I purchased the unit it did say I'd possibly be connecting a few wires. I was not informed I'd installing a hood switch. I get it that this is a necessary safety measure but I wish I'd known in advance. I used the toggle switch method to get the unit working but at some point I'm going to have to install the hood switch so the unit can not be activated when the hood is open. I feel that's more than" connecting a few wires" and purchasers should be made aware of it in advance. I don't think it would have stopped me from purchasing the unit I would have made the necessary preparations to make it a one and done install. In the end the unit has been operating without issues and I would still recommend buying it. ... show more

It's been eight days now that I put this in my Rav4, still runing awesome in it,starts right up and keeps it warm inside. So easy to install took me half hour to pull things off rewired it as it says plug-n-play, I watch the viedo on how to install it. It's well worth the money for this 100% and I would recomend it to friends and others ... show more

I love how easy it was to install and program. The only thing that I don't like is that it disabled the key fob until you manually open the door insert the key and press the brake.

How am i suppose to stretch this tpms wire from my drive to passenger panel? Was any measurement done before putting out this product for sale? Do not buy until this wire that is NEEDED FOR THE H-KEY version is corrected.
