Customer service is awesome. They went above and beyond when I was trying to troubleshoot whether it was the SIM card or my camera with at was the problem (the camera).

This data sim card works but not great in my experience. No kind of in country roaming for example out in gulf of Mexico like att and tmobile allow. Other than that on land it works decent. Not super fast speeds but ultimately will get the job done.

Placed it in My Pocket Wifi 4G wireless hotspot. Unlocked the device. Done. That simple. The card provisioned itself in under 10 seconds and was on the internet and ready to go. A speed test showed that I had a symmetrical 20Mbps Down and 20Mbps Up. This is the norm for my area considering I live a bit up the side of a mountain. Signal in town will hit 65Mbps download for instance. All in all, a good price on a good amount of data that will last up to 90 days or when you run out of the 8GB preloaded. After that you can add a money to the account for more data. 5 stars for the ease of setup and speed with which this detected itself and activated as well as the amount of data for the amount of time provided. I have seen the 5 GB 30 day cards and if you do not use it, you lose it. This company isn't doing rollover however, for less than other companies, you get to use that data far longer.

Total waste of time it appears. The SIM shows but not connected. No support in the very rudimentary web portal. No chat or email. Save your money

Great sim card, great price. 8g and you have 3 months to use it. Great for wifi hotspots, and even 4g trail cams. Easy to set up and use. Works great, offers high speeds anywhere. Great product, great price, highly recommend.
