Great mower. I have dificulty walking but I still want to get out in the yard. It has plenty of power and a long lasting battery. Low noise level compared to most mowers. It will take time to get used to handling the remote control but I think it will eventually get easier.

Mine showed up just a few hours ago. Right off the bat I noticed it has the old style wheels and not the new ones their site advertises. I tried to contact their support and that's where my troubles started. Their AI chat bot sent me to after sales which sent a canned response telling me to fill out a google form. I do so despite the broken english in said form. I continue to assemble the mower anyway because I'm excited to use this thing I paid a silly amount of money for. I finish and the thing doesn't start. The battery is fully charged and fully plugged into the mower. The quick start guide and manual say to hold down the power button for a couple of seconds and lights on the battery will come on. I hold for 5-10-20+ seconds and absolutely nothing at all happens, not a single thing. The troubleshooting section is useless in this. I go back to the AI chatbot which still says their typical reply time is "a few minutes" and I get no response, they're done with me. I call the support number and get sent to a canned generic voicemail. I call a few more times over the course of half an hour to an hour and the same happens. As I'm typing this I finally get a reply from the chatbot telling me to fill out the google form again to get a 'specialist' response. And I just received a text from the number telling me to do the same. They must have been out to lunch or something, I guess. Right now I have a stupidly expensive 140lb lawn ornament. Review will be updated if I ever get the dang thing working. I'm *really* not looking forward to trying to box this thing back up since it weighs so much and the box is in pieces. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk. EDIT: I did eventually get it working after going back and forth with the china-based support after getting in touch with their social media person since my original support form wasn't replied to. A couple of weeks after initial delivery I finally received a new battery and it works fine. The kicker, and why I'm debating between giving 3 or 4 stars, is that all advertisements show 2WD coming with deformable tires and wheel weighs. Their FB page has it pinned that *all* 2WD comes with them and the picture on their own website does not change between the battery sizes. The picture HERE ON AMAZON even has them in the picture. Support told me that ONLY the 12Ah smaller battery 2wd comes with the deformable tires and wheel weights and the 18Ah comes with only the wide tires. That is extremely sketchy that they openly advertise that ALL 2WD comes with something that only one of the 2WD's comes with.

I wasn’t sure if a rc mower could handle my rough yard, but the Mowrator S1 proved me wrong! My lawn isn’t the easiest—it has patches of thick grass, uneven ground, and a few slopes. I expected the mower to struggle, but it powers through with no problem. Right out of the box, I could tell this was a well-built machine. The design is sturdy, the wheels have great traction, and the motor is powerful. It moves smoothly across my lawn without getting stuck, and the smart navigation ensures it covers the whole lawn efficiently. I love that it mows frequently in small increments, keeping the grass consistently neat. Plus, no more grass clippings to bag! It mulches everything into tiny pieces that break down naturally. The app control is another bonus—I can start, stop, or schedule mowing sessions right from my phone. Overall, I’m beyond impressed. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, powerful robotic mower, Mowrator S1 is the way to go.
