This is the worse piece of equipment I have ever had . I can not get it to stay cranked, that is if I can get it to start at ALL! Currently try to get help from Amerisun the company that sent it. They basically asking me to be a mechanic. Sent me a list of think that I need to check from the carburetor to the spark plug etc. they even ask to make a video of it along with trying to to start the mower IT WILL NOT START. this is a brand new mower it should not need this kind on attention. I have done everything they ask and will soon send the video. FUI it still does not start! Do not buy this mower unless you want to go thru the same thing I’m going through!!!!!!!

I bought the PowerSmart Self Propelled Gas Lawn Mower for my husband, and he absolutely loves it! He’s especially impressed with how powerful the 170cc engine is—it gets through thick grass with no problem. The large rear wheels make it easy to maneuver, even on uneven terrain, and the self-propelled feature takes the strain out of mowing. It’s well-built, fast, easy to use and to adjust with the 6-position height control, and gives our lawn a clean, professional look. Kimberly and I are pretty picky, and reluctant to compose positive reviews until we've had 6-12 months to better put any product through its paces. However, this mower has impressed us from the moment it arrived. (Two days early!) It's got a bit of heft to it...Because the deck is a solid piece of metal. The mower comes assembled and ready to use...after we filled it with petrol...and added oil to the engine. While we had to purchase the petrol, a container of oil is included. Only with a riding mower I purchased in 1999 have I had oil included with the mower. Regarding performance, the self-propelling component is a really welcome feature. I no longer curse the long slope of the yard. What would have taken 75 minutes with my previous mower, I completed in 50. The deck was easy to clean, and after flipping two quick-release levers, I can lower the handle...meaning the stored mower creates a smaller garage footprint. I tend to take care of anything I own...and I think this lawn mower may last 10+ years. That's unusual for modern lawn equipment. I'm glad to own this piece of machinery, and even prouder to use it. I purchased this mower based on the advertised 170cc engine and durable all-steel frame. Out of the box, the mower presented well—it had a clean design and a convenient fold-down handlebar feature that made storage simple. Unfortunately, the engine did not meet expectations. Despite the listed 170cc size, the mower felt significantly underpowered and struggled during a standard lawn mowing session. It stalled multiple times during its first use and only offered a single, very slow walking speed. Where this experience stood out positively was in the customer service. I contacted the seller shortly after the first use to request a return and refund. They responded promptly and professionally. While some of their troubleshooting suggestions were not particularly helpful, they did ultimately accept the return without issue and issued a full refund once the mower was received at their facility. While the product itself did not perform as advertised, the seller’s responsiveness and commitment to resolving the issue earns them four stars for customer service alone.
