So far so good!. I never owned a brand new mower. It was always hand me downs or I bought used 2nd hand. Was a bit worried about instalation and set up. But was easy. Unfold and tighten the handles. A couple cable hold downs. Add gas and oil and that was it!. Super easy. Pumped the gas primer 3 times and it started 1st pull. Only used this 3 times but every time it has started right up. I like there is 3 cutting options. I never had a mower with the bag so I love that about it. There is a small spot that shoots a little bit of grass out the top of the bag when mowing. That may be operator error though. I will have to check next time I use it with the bag. Seems to cut the grass fine. I like how you adjust the hight. Just 2 levers not 4 like my old mowers. And it works very well. The blade does not seem to be super sharp when I checked it. I may sharpen it some but that said it still works fine. I would say.. is there better mowers out there? Sure.. of course but at this price point probably not many. My opinion is this thing is a great little mower especially for the price. Don't think you would find much better at this price point and with all the features it has. I have not had it long but so far it has been awesome. I don't have a huge yard. So I dont need a huge mower. This thing is great for my needs. If you have a small yard and are on a budget or maybe a kid trying make summer time money this mower will hard to be beat.

The mower came right on time and the mower is exactly what they say it is and more . I got the mower in the box and I only had a little Assemb . And it wasn’t anything to put together . Twenty minutes unboxing and assemble . It’s got a huge fuel tank so if you’re not mowing ten acres you probably will not run out of fuel before you are done mowing. I really like The bagger is nice I moved my yard when I got it and I was finished before it filled up . And it is an eighth of an acre . But if your not mowing more yeah you will probably have to dump it when it fills up. If you let go of the bar the mower shuts off. I love that safety feature. The only issue with my mower was the factory never drilled out the second handle hole ??? I laughed and grabbed my cordless drill and drilled hole through it . Two minutes ! And I got it all together and let me tell you. It’s just a lawn mower but it’s really sharp looking. I love it ! And I got it all together . They gave me a full tank of oil . And I went and got fuel for it and filled the tank up . And then I primed it with the primer button . And my friend calls me up he needs a ride . So I go get him and I stop at my house for a few minutes I said look at my new lawnmower and he just out of nowhere pulled the start cable and it fired right up !!!! I said noooooo and he left it go and it shut off .I said I didn’t even start it yet I was jealous . I didn’t get to be the first person to start my new mower . I have mowed with it and I would buy it again in a minute the motor is terrific starts on the first pull almost every time and can’t say one bad word about this mower. I would definitely buy it again but I think I’m going to have this one for a long time

This lawn mower is great! We haven’t had an issues with it so far. It’s easy to maneuver, noise level isn’t too bad, it’s durable, and great value for money! Usually need to rinse it after mowing because it does get messy at least with us.

Before buying anything from "Power Smart" or handled through "Amerisun" Just spoke with a manager who has no ability to help in any way. First this company has a team way too small for support. The support they have doesn't have technical knowledge to assist much more than sending you and the heavy product to a service center. They use the guise of warranty and proof of the faulty condition to worm their way out of faulty manufacture. The quality control is poor at best sending out a product without even checking the one easiest component on any gasoline engine. This product shipped without even a simple spark test. This is, or should be a mandatory check as it is the only one that can be functionally tested without gas or oil. So I received a mower that wouldn't start out of the box using any of the few suggested methods in the highly abridged instructions. Attempting to contact support is heavily guarded by an auto attendant that doesn't seem to have any body at any of the offered responses. I called Amazon customer support and requested assistance since I got nowhere with the seller. The Amazon representative called a number that got her into a queue with four callers in front. we sat on hold for about an hour to speak with a representative who had nothing to offer but taking it to a service center. The time and logistics required to do this easily increases the cost of this mower out of the running for the affordability of buying it. I did a simple spark check (actually three different variations) all negative no spark whatsoever. While on hold, I disassembled it to where I could see the magneto (Generates the spark). On the magneto is a terminal that disables the spark when connected to ground. Testing it with beeping continuity tester it showed it was grounded. if I disconnect the connector from the terminal, bingo spark is generated. The only problem with that is the method the mower turns off is by reconnecting the connector and disengaging the safety handle. The design offers no adjustment of the safety contact/off switch. I had to get into the area and reform the contact arm to where it made and broke contact when the run bar is closed/open. This process consumed about two hours of my time because I had to be careful getting around the obstacles in the disassembly/reassembly processes. So if you buy this it may cost a lot more than the price you pay for it. This is your warning, poor quality control, weak customer service, and costly solutions for their problems. Go ahead shake them dice. Can you troubleshoot your way out of the expense? Customer support was closed the entire memorial day weekend. They didn't answer the phone when I called the number provided, I had to call Amazon to wait for about an hour with them to get connected. When I spoke to the representative they claimed a supervisor would call me within 24 to 48 hours, this never happened. The seller, manufacturer, and support, have all failed to stand behind their product. If the do off a return, you will have to pack it up and drive it to a support center. You'll get the money you paid but your time and expense are none of their concern. P.S. The listing offers support hours that are nothing like their actual representation.

I struggled to start it but managed at the end. Let's see how it holds but so far so good. If you have overgrown grass you'll need to trim it first otherwise it will get stuck there. Overall, it's a fun machine cuz you just walk behind it)) I love it! Can't imagine to push it in Texas heat. I hate how small is the fuel tank though, not sure if most of mowers are the same capacity but it took me 3 fueling stops to cut my yard which is average size I would say. But one thing, I didn't like the misinformation about the oil,which the description says "oil included " but it came within it. Even though it's a cheap fix I don't like to be fooled like that.

Being a senior woman, I was able to quickly assemble the mower & had it running without having to ask for any assistance. 4 stars for me! I needed to get a mower, even though I do have a neighbor cut my grass. But once in a while I get antsy if my lawn gets too long. So, I now can cut my lawn if I want to, in between times. It cuts very nicely. It helps to have the self propulsion. I’m not as strong as I used to be. I’m very happy with this mower.
