Through numerous days of researching ebikes, I decided to go with the Movcan V30max. This is my first e-bike and there's a lot to like about it. It was definitely a good choice. This bike is well built, looks good, performs well, has good battery life, and it is fun to ride. All of this and more is a good value and well worth the money. I've only been on it and few times and those times have been good and smooth riding. It also handles well, too. This is a very good bike. Also I want to give Movcan's customer support their props. They get an A+. For those who are thinking about an e-bike, you can't go wrong with a Movcan V30max. John

Very well made and durable for any conditions. I have already put 20 miles on it. And it’s very smooth and faster than it was listed. I was expecting it not to have so much power considering I am 320 pounds. But I took it on the highway and almost went 40 miles an hour. I use it to commute daily back-and-forth to work and is very reliable. I ridden it until battery was almost completely dead and it never lost power. I will say the only thing I disliked was a little rattle noise. It makes when the suspension is being used to go over bumpy terrain. Everything else about the bike was perfect. For the price and quality I would totally recommend this for even a beginner e-bike rider. Full disclosure warning I am a little over 6 foot. And this bike was almost too tall for me to get on. And this bike does come with a lot of additions that aren’t listed, which is a big plus and they are good quality as well. It came with a full set of tools to adjust everything and assemble. It came with a bicycle pump. A cell phone rack. A combination bike walk that can be set to any combination. Extra tubes for your tires. extra nuts and bolts just in case you lose any. I also got a rack to mount on the front for a basket or cargo. This product was also packaged with regards for eye care. When it got here, the package was torn up pretty bad by the delivery company, but the bike was untouched on the inside with how much protection came with it. I will say all around the company thought of everything with his bike. All the way down to comfort all the way up to quality. they got everything right with his bike.

This is my second Movcan e-bike, and I can honestly say this company truly stands behind their products and customers. They don’t replace full e-bikes, but they absolutely make sure you’re taken care of with quick, kind, and reliable support. I’m a student who commutes daily to downtown, and this bike has been a lifesaver for getting around. What really makes Movcan special is their customer service, especially Mia, who deserves a huge thank you. She has been incredible, helping me with a battery replacement, a new button panel, and even sending me two inner tubes to keep me on the road. Mia has been patient, kind, and professional the entire time. She always replies quickly and truly goes out of her way to make sure everything is handled smoothly. Before Mia, Lynn Lee, the Marketing and Sales Manager, helped me from the very beginning. He provided around four to six inner tubes, hydraulic brake pads, pedals, and tire resistance pads, along with discounts and very fast responses. Both Mia and Lynn have shown what real customer care looks like. Shipping is usually quick, and even during rare delays such as government or global slowdowns, or tariffs that affect exports from China, they always keep you updated and make sure parts arrive safely. Both of my Movcan bikes have been smooth, powerful, and dependable. Despite global shipping challenges, Movcan continues to offer great quality and world-class customer service. Special thanks again to Mia for being one of the kindest and most helpful customer service reps I’ve ever worked with, and to Lynn Lee for all his support early on. The front wheel was lopsided, the suspension creaked like an old house, and it never got up to top speed. I emailed the company more than a dozen times. I was asked to send video/pics, which I did. I was told their engineers would look at it and I would get a response. Time and again, I asked for a response, only to be told to send more videos/pics. Not a single problem was addressed. I called Amazon directly to complain about the issue, and Amazon awarded me a full refund. Then Movcan -- after not doing a SINGLE thing to address ANY of the issues with my bike -- had the audacity to ask me to "kindly" return the bike as soon as possible, since I'd been refunded (again: by Amazon, not by Movcan). My neighbor has this bike and loves it, which is why I got one myself. I clearly received a lemon -- and the company did absolutely NOTHING to rectify any of the issues. If you get lucky like my neighbor, you'll love it. If not, buyer beware!

Very sturdy, excellent battery life, smooth and fun to ride. Easy to assemble and use as well. Bit pricey, but worth it. Headlight is better than I expected for riding it post dawn. My son is loving it !
