I use this bike every single day. It is my only transportation. It's very quick and reliable. I go through traffic with it. I can go anywhere on this bike. It would even ride straight up a tree if you asked it to, just kidding. I've had it a couple months now and I couldn't be happier with it every part on it is tap quality it is an excellent investment. I would recommend this back to anybody. It was almost completely put together when I got it as well and very easy to assemble I'm a woman and not very mechanically inclined but it was very easy for me. And has two batteries and definitely would go several towns over at least probably 100 miles on one charge and a charged is very quickly I can't say enough good things about this bike I'm more than happy with it. Oh yeah the suspension is amazing I love the smooth ride. It looks high tech and almost like space age everybody comments on it everywhere I go they think that it's a lot more valuable than it than I actually paid for it that's for sure. Obsessed with this bike!! Shipping I asked some questions about the dual battery version but placed my order for the single battery. The seller noticed my name and reached out to inquire to be sure I wanted the single battery. This delayed the shipping but I really appreciated them checking. Once it was shipped I got it in 3 days! Speed My husband was so surprised by how much fun my bike is. I’m 120 lbs but it’s still quick with my husband on it (165 lbs). It has torque, slows down some at the top end but PLENTY fast for me and I’m sure most people. The different levels (1-5) affect the power and top speed. Level 0 is pedal only. Super easy to understand Assembly Assembly took 40 minutes for me doing it alone. Easy for the most part and they give you all of the tools needed. There are hidden bolts to remove the piece in step 2 (not in instructions) so don’t waste your energy trying to pull it off first like I did. My tire wasn’t beaded properly after I inflated so I had to deflate entirely and rebead. After that it was fine. Make sure you check this. Interface Interface is high quality, colored and easy to understand. The manual is simple and doesn’t overcomplicate things Looks and quality This thing is built SO well. I didn’t find one spot that seemed cheap. Looks awesome on the road. It even has a running LED light in addition to the bright headlight! I bought a rear rack that was meant for a Grom. I just used self tapping screws and screwed it in where the seat bolts usually go. Super sturdy and will be perfect to carry my chihuahua in her basket. Also ladies with short legs like me - this bike seat is shorter than a lot of cafe racer style e bikes out there which is great. I’m still on my toes when I’m stopped but I can’t imagine if I went for the others that are 4+ inches higher. I’m 5’4” Cons The only cons are the brakes and tires. If you’re concerned about stopping on a dime then get the hydraulic brake version. I knew what I was signing up for, so just going to drive safe and give myself extra stopping time. The tires feel a little thin but you can get high quality replacement tires for $100. Even if you replace the tires this bike is still worth the money, so that review complaining about the flat tire is a little illogical haha. Haven’t tested range yet. Will update when I do. This bike is great, came almost all the way put together came with tools a pump, and extra tube. There was only one problem the way that they put the front tire in the box. The tire got smooshed and formed into a different angle. I guess you would say, and when I went to put air in the tube, obviously on the rim with the tire, the tire was more so it wouldn’t stay tucked under the rim so I had to buy a new tire, but Amazon reimbursed me for that tire so really was awesome. I just had to wait an extra day to ride. My bike would definitely recommend very very fast and comfortable. I love it. ... show more

great bike I got the pro max and the dual batteries and dual motor set up is just what I was looking for. Super fun to ride and great service. Out of my own error I ruined the hydraulic line to the rear brakes and reached out to the company for information on the size of the line and they immediately offered to send out a whole new rear brake assembly at no cost. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a commuter bike. Get a nice helmet because this bike is fast! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The bike is pretty great for a new be! It is fun to ride it picks up a lot of speed. Very cost efficient and the performance is nice. The bike does squeak maybe it is the suspension and I do have issues with the 7 speed changing system which for the cost should not be an issue yet it has been. I dropped it and everything still works so it’s durable and reliable. The size would be fit for someone tall my wife is 5’4 and can’t get her self on it. ... show more
