My heater is not oscillating so I am requesting a replacement. It just clicks. The heater is working properly though and the fireplace part looks cool. I am hoping that they can send me a fully functioning unit soon. I have had it one day.

Good heater for smaller spaces/rooms. It works well and heats up quickly, but anything bigger than a medium sized room...this isn't gonna cut it. The remote and timer are good making it so you don't have to be right at the unit to change settings or what not. As someone else mentioned, the base is a bit wobbly. But honestly, every heater I have had of this type has also suffered from this issue. Aside from those issues, this is good overall and will help heat many small/medium rooms quickly.

This is a great little heater and it was easy to set up and work right out of the box. I live the digital temperature display which makes it easy to know what temperature it is putting out when its late on a cold night and I don't want to get out of bed to see what the temperature is. I also like the timer feature and the great cool down feature that cools the internal heating elements down as the unit is shutting down, taking a lot of the stress out wondering if the fan is still hot if I have to leave the house after using this. The unit is quiet and light weight and since it is Summer here, I will check it out more when the weather gets a little bit cooler. I imagine, right now, that I will use this heater in a small office space, in the bathroom then.
