I have a full length granite backsplash in my kitchen and had tried some command strips to hold my Mac mini to the wall to keep it off the counter. But the back cover would detach and it fell a couple of times. So I used command strips (or maybe some other adhesive strips, I forget) and mounted this to the wall. It's rock solid and holds the mini without fail. I use the bar but with out a lock to keep it from moving too far up when I push a cable into a port. ... show more

I like how well built it is. Very strong metal. I just worry about the wall anchors that came with it. It's on the small end. I used my own plastic wall anchors because I want to "make sure" it stays put.
