(Aug 2025) Just applied - I received the item today and have applied it to my iPad A16. The item was received in good condition despite being shoved into our mailbox slot. My apple pencil and finger both register and the screen doesn't seem to be interfering in the touch capabilities of my iPad. I also have a magnetic paper- feel screen cover that still applies over this one no problem and both pencil and finger activate the touchscreen with both covers on no problem. (I got a magnetic one because I like to draw with it on, but otherwise using my iPad, I don't like the paper feel screen) Installation: If you've ever applied a glass screen protector to any device, you already know the gist. For those who don't, position yourself by a light source that will allow you to angle your device so you can check that all dust particles are clear before seating the cover. Next, remove your device from whatever protective case you have it in. Then, use one of the wet wipes to thoroughly wipe down your screen edge to edge. Even if you don't think your screen is dirty, if you've ever touched it, it will have oils on it. Use the light to angle the screen surface and really make sure every square millimeter is wiped. Next, wipe it with the dry cloth so as to remove any wet residue. Then use the sticker to really go over every single speck. Now look at the surface in the light again- and double check that you got even the tiniest of spots. Set the device down without touching the screen. Next, we need to peel the protective film off the glass cover without touching the sticky side. Hold it by the edges and veeeeery slowly lower it to your iPad. Keep everything in line. Once you are satisfied, tap or touch near the center of the screen. You should see the cover adhering to your iPad. Help any trouble areas by using the dry wipe and your fingers. If you were super careful in your cleaning, it should adhere with zero bubbles. Some tips: - When using the sticker, only handle one half of it- use the other half to clean up dust. Then, stick that side back on the card so you can pick it up one handed later. - After peeling the film off, inspect your iPad screen once again and use the sticker to get any stragglers (you'll be holding the cover with one hand, hence being able to pick up the sticker with your other hand) - If you don't think you can hold the cover by the edges and not touch the sticky side, then before you peel the protective film off, make yourself a couple of temporary handles by using the extra stickers. On the top side of the protective cover, stick the stickers on like inch worms so it forms a tab that you can use to hold it while applying to your iPad. - Last tip is don't put your device back in its case for at least 12-24hrs. This will give it time to really bond itself with your device and you'll be less likely to see edges start peeling up if you just give it a little bit of time in the beginning. Well thought out. Surprised that the factory packaging delivered a perfectly useable product. Establish as clean a space with GOOD LIGHT BEFORE YOU BEGIN. Contains a spare plate for contingencies. Included is a microfiber cleaning cloth for use as a bubble remover - a VERY firm flat surface is recommended due to significant hand pressure being required to massage bubbles out from the edge. A surgically dust free room not being available, thus lifting of a partially installed protector being likely, I advise a long slim - SLIM knife being cleaned and handy. Examine all items before you begin. The clingy adhesive-like ‘stickum’ used can be lifted from the screen with this blade after you begin the final press-down. You WILL be surprised at how much dust floats around in the air you breathe. I did my installation in front of a HEPA13 air filter… still had dust issues. These were removed by lifting the edge nearest to the offending particle and pulling it out with the slim knife. Of course you should clean your hands with intention after the factory packaging is opened and set aside from your installation area. Recycling this packaging will be complex. I did a dry-fit before pad cleaning or pealing off the stickum’s disposable shield. NOTE: Ensure you know where the pad’s camera is and which side of the new screen protector is which. I bet that if you have pets, or personally shed hair as a Persian cat does, as I do, that this will require some thought before you begin. With my iPad’s new bumper protector in place to assist with centering, it was easy to begin the press-down step. This made the ‘rub-down’ step easy to start from the center. Even so I had to work out with firm pressure the bubbles that inevitably wanted to mess with my install. This was not even my fifth ‘rodeo’. Experience or clear visualization before you begin will help. In any case a second chance is included - a garden variety alcohol pad will be needed if the first try is botched. ... show more

Bought this because the first one i got [different brand] broke when I was applying it. There's a lot to this one that works way way better. - screen protector goes literally to the edge, rather than a quarter inch blank area like others do - dust sticker is very large about 2in long rather than the dinky dime sized ones other brands give - comes with microfiber cloth - Large wet wipe, it really make sure you get every single print and scuff out before applying - gentle pressure in the center and watched it seamlessly stick. - NO BUBBLES!!!! no matter what type of screen protector I get it always have a hard time with bubbles. I had 1 medium bubble applying this and with a single card press to the edge and it was gone. No edge bubbles either - EXTREMELY CLEAR fr it looks somehow more clear than wheb I had NO screen protector on at all 10/10, high quality at a great price and great packaging to store the 2nd ... show more

This glass is awesome!! When I bought this, I figured “how good could it be? Its so cheap?” Well it really works!! One day I set my open ipad on the roof of my car, completely forgot it was there, and drove down the road really fast. Obviously the ipad went flying off (nearly 1/2 mile farther from where I started which is crazy) but it landed on the road. I drove 20 miles before I realized it happened… Turned around fully expecting the ipad to be destroyed…. Well once I arrived, I saw the ipad laying face down on the concrete of the road… I thought it for sure has to be annihilated… after all it was a big fall while moving at like 30 mph and was face down on a road… Well by some miracle it wasn’t run over by a car, but also, this screen protector saved the ipad from being destroyed by the fall…No damage whatsoever from the screen AND the screen protector… I was shocked that the glass wasn’t in pieces!
