Update: we absolutely hate the knob to turn on the water. It is so hard to use. We also still hate that you cant have hot water unless you have water at full blast. I definitely wouldn’t buy again. We are close to trashing this one and buying another. I’m obsessed with most things about this sink. Love the size and the look and all of the extras it came with. I will say that it came with the wrong size nut to attach the glass rinser. The seller did offer to send us another but of course we had already taken our old sink out by this time. The main reason I am giving it four stars though is that you can only have hot water on the highest pressure with the way the faucet is set up. That also equals that you can never have cold water at the highest pressure. I definitely think this is a flaw. We will live with it for now since I love so much of the other stuff.

Positives first, I really like the look of this sink, I like the produce cleaning/rinsing mechanism, and now that it's working right, I like the cup rinsing mechanism. I do NOT like the knob functionality for water flow (which is the main component). It has absolutely no volume control - you cannot get a light stream of hot water - only what it gives you. I even asked them if I was missing something - nope. Had I paid closer attention to the other reviews, I would have known.....

I love all the features. This sink is amazing. BUT was very stressful putting together. Didn't come with any instructions. And the cup washer couldn't be installed because the sink bowl was made poorly, didnt allow us to screw the bolt up. After multiple trips to home depot, we finally just decided to glue the cup washer up and caulk it. Hoping it doesn't leak

Would be less stars if I could. First off I ignored it not being true black as pictured. Then I ignored my husbands concern with all the plastic pieces and now I have paid for install, granite cut and the waterfall feature is defective and leaks, I have also paid for the installer to re assess and definitely a quality issue. So disappointed and irritated. Customer service for the seller also didn’t offer any solutions.

We've owned the sink for 6 months. The only "issue" is that the round knob is difficult to turn if your hands are wet or dirty. Manufacturer should think about another type of handle. We also had a pinhole leak now at the 6 month mark and for some reason can't get in touch with the Seller because it's fulfilled by Amazon...they can't put me in touch with anyone.

Sink is beautiful! The knob is very annoying, especially if your hands are wet or have food on them. You can just have low pressure/warm water at any point. It has to be high pressure to be warm. Would advise something less “cute/niche” and go with a more traditional style faucet.

First off could not get the cup washer hooked up the parts did not match. Secondly to get hot water, you have to turn it full right to full force hot you can’t get just a little bit of hot. Bad design definitely not worth the headache or the money. defective design. this one’s going in the trash I gave it all the chance I could.

Installation was relatively easy however some illustrations would help especially for the faucet’s washer and seal placements. The sink, faucet and the glass rinser all work as advertised. The only problem I had was one of legs on the bottom grate was broken off probably during shipping and handling. The box was kind of beaten up when I received it.
