Very Satisfied!

Good product. This is my third camera from Moultrie. This one has the built in solar panel which made it so much easier to install than having to add a solar panel. The battery also comes with it and that's easier too. Getting connected to Moultrie app and system worked out well too. It's a little more expensive than some other apps but I think it is worth it. I how have three Moultrie cameras on my deer lease feeders.

My favorite solar powered outdoor camera so far

I've had several of these types of outdoor cameras that run off of cellular (not wifi). This is my favorite thus far. Easy to install, reliable, and lots of settings to customize the photos/videos via the app or website. It does not offer real-time streaming, but they say it is coming. The one minor issue I had is the battery does need to be recharged from time to time (once a quarter or so) as the solar alone will not last forever. But you can adjust the photo capture settings to make the battery last longer.

⭐ 1 Star — If I Could Give Zero, I Would Pure junk. I can’t believe this camera system has anything over a one-star review because my experience has been an absolute disaster. First, the pricing is a joke: you pay $100+ for the camera, then a $30 monthly subscription for the first camera, and $7 for each additional camera. By the time taxes and fees hit, you're at $45+ a month just to use something you already bought. And for what? A system that doesn’t even deliver the videos it promises. You don’t get instant playback. Oh no. You have to request each video through the app like you’re begging for permission… and then sit and wait while it “downloads” a 15-second clip that might never show up at all. In my case? 80% of the clips never downloaded. Ever. What good is a security camera if it can’t show you the footage? A trespasser could walk into your property, commit a crime, hunt, drag an animal off, and be long gone—and your overpriced camera will still be “requesting video.” Completely useless for anyone who actually needs real-time security, especially on acreage or rural property. This product is nothing but a money drain with unreliable performance. And the idea that I should keep paying $30 every month per camera for something that barely works is laughable. Hard pass. Terrible product. Save your money and buy literally anything else.

good App, cameras view is a little narrow, image quality is sufficient but not great. price point is average. cell service is avarage. solar cells seem to work great. I like the batteries, I like this better than spypoint

Good cameras but junk batteries
Size: 2 Pack
Both cameras work very well for taking pictures and videos. However, one of them has a defective battery. The camera is in full sun and has drained to 8% and barely will recover to 15% at the end of the day. However, the other camera in partial shade consistently stays in the 60-80% range after two weeks. I have three other Moultrie cameras that do not have solar panels and are using AA lithium batteries and they are all still showing 100%. Each camera has taken 100-150 pictures. I would save money and just buy the non-solar powered.

Best Camera on the Market!

This camera is great! I got tired of constantly going up to bear baiting area to change the battery and this has solved that issue. I am three weeks in and still have over 60% battery life without changing it once. This combined with Moultrie’s impressive connectivity makes this not just one of the best products on the markets, but one of the better value buys as well!
