I bought this bike a little over a month ago for my 11 year old son. He is coming from a much smaller bike and this bike has not disappointed. I love the governing options to slow down both the responsiveness and top speed of the bike. We have slowly moved up as he proves he is able to handle it. The bike performs so well off road and he jumps it routinely on trail rides. The battery charges quick and he routinely get 10-15 miles before getting down to 1 bar. He has not Used the bike to exhaustion yet so we can not confirm the number of miles until the battery dies. The Battery does seem to charge fairly quick. Would probably be best to buy a second though if you ride a lot. The disk brakes work very well and the color scheme looks great. The plastic fender did break when his sister hit a tree but that is expected if you hit something. Spare parts are available on Mototec's website which is an awesome option. ... show more

Purchased for my 10yr old to ride with me on single track. Has awesome power and I love that it’s adjustable. Assembly was super easy. Speed is adjustable and great for doing uphills. After my son dumping it a few times it’s still in perfect condition. So durability is good. The 60v battery has a good range doing high mountain trails we are getting over 18 miles per charge. Motor lasted less than 5 hours. Seller won’t do anything but tell us to contact Mototec but when you call the phone number listed for Mototec a recording says they don’t take phone calls to email them, but they never respond to emails! I had read some mixed reviews. Some people thinking that it is not a very good quality bike. I have to say it is phenomenal. Awesome Super cool Cannot beat the price. One of the best on the market for sure. I have rowed every type of scooter. I have rowed every type of dirt bike electric. I'm a 135 pounds. I'm 46 years old. The Bike is very cool, my son loves riding it. The assembly instructions are not good. that being said, I did fid the assembly pretty straight forward.
