Audio was really scratchy and volume was low (even when turned all the way up) when connected to my Galaxy S24+ that sounds great when using my Plantronics earpiece of similar form. I returned this garbage immediately. I wouldn't waste your time with this one. I think it's a really old model that was never any good to begin with. How anyone can have a good experience with this earpiece is beyond me, so I don't believe them, or they don't know what they're talking about. ... show more

I absolutely LOVE the fact this connects to 2 phones like my former Plantronics one of similar style did. Since Plantronics was bought out by Polycom, this style is no longer available & their current offerings are way too pricey & bulky - so happy I found this one! No real issues with this equipment other than not having a dedicated on/off button. Knocking off a star for the UNCOMFORTABLE AS HECK ear hook. That thing digs right into the back of my ear and is super painful after awhile. I finally took it off and just use it without it - surprisingly it sits right in my ear nicely and stays put without it. Not sure that would be possible if i did anything other than sit at a desk though. Definitely recommend for the price. ... show more

After repeat purchases of knock off headsets, I decided to spend a little more and purchase a name brand model. I wear my headset almost every hour of my shift, whether it's calls with clients or listening to music. Right out of the box? Uncomfortable. At times painful to wear. There aren't any different earbud sizes in the box, only a plastic clip. Really shocked that ergonomics didn't go into the design. Even with the clip it never really fits right in the ear, which gives me this loose feeling. Like I said, doesn't fit right, painful to wear. The main button is hot keyed to bring up your phone AI, not power off. Shutdown of the device takes about 15 seconds and opens all kinds of chaos on your phone. The battery life is roughly half of what the knockoffs offer, depending on use 6-8 hours. Really disappointed in the purchase. ... show more

Don’t buy this. Sound quality is good. But product material is low quality. The handle which go around your ear is very very low quality break in 2 months rather buy other higher modal. No doubt sound is good but what you will do if you can keep stable around your ear.

I bought this as a replacement for an older model Boom2 and the sound and mic quality are definitely next generation better and there's no flap to break. The soft silicone internal ear piece this comes with is very comfortable, I can wear this all day. Under continuous use, the battery lasts most of but not quite the entire day. Maybe it's not so stylish but that doesn't bother me plus I like to keep one ear free so I can remain aware of my surroundings. ... show more
