I got this for my 12 yo granddaughter to sleep on while she was visiting me. It was super simple to set up. The cushion is fairly comfortable but we did put a couple extra quilts under the cushion to give it some extra comfort. She has slept well & says she likes it. She likes the fact that the head area is on a slight incline. I would recommend this cot.

I don't typically leave reviews but I feel I need to on this one because it's straight up false advertisement and does not deserve 1 star. I have thicker blankets than the "mattress" on these cots. Also, I find it very inconvenient that even though the "mattress" is so thin, it doesn't fit in the carrying bag. As for comfort, it's fine for kids but unless you want to feel like you got hit by a Mac truck in the morning, I would not suggest for adults. They are also very noisy.
