    • Useful, solid construction, inexpensive - but why RED?
Positives: Solid construction, no issues with connectivity to the BMW Nav Prep cradle. USB outlets provide power. Phone doesn't move, and the clamps don't touch the volume or power buttons. Neutrals: Not sure how many watts the USB can source. Negatives: The bright RED clamp. I keep seeing it in my peripheral vision and thinking it's a warning light. Not sure why bright RED was chosen for something that goes onto a motorcycle dashboard. I'm going to spray paint it grey or black. ... show more

I bought one of these for my 2024 R1300GS, my iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max fit perfectly with the clear Apple case. It worked great in town, I didn’t have any issues at all. Although, what I really purchased it for, it didn’t quite work out for me. And it doesn’t have anything to do with this cradle at all. While traveling through California and Arizona, my phone started to overheat quickly, leaving me without GPS Navigation. As much as I wanted to use this cradle, I will be looking for another solution. If weather/heat isn’t an issue for you, I’d recommend getting it. It really does look cheap, especially when you’re putting it on a $30k bike but, it does its job. ... show more
