I paid 300$ plus for this wi. This wig is crunchy out the pack. It’s hard. I sprayed the wig to define the curls it looked slightly better still hard though. I tried washing this wig shampoo and conditioner this wig got so tangled and matted. By the time I got done trying to come this out it was about 125-150 density… this is a trash wig I really want my Money back or to be sent a new wig I can’t do anything.
