Installed and tested the 8.1” 4K Motorcycle CarPlay Screen with 4K Dash Cam and I’m impressed so far. The screen is bright, responsive, and easy to see even outdoors. Apple CarPlay connected quickly and worked smoothly for maps, music, and calls. The larger display makes navigation much easier while riding. The build quality feels solid, and the handlebar mounting system holds firmly with very little vibration. Audio and touchscreen response are good, and the interface is simple to use with gloves. The included dash cam is a nice bonus and records clear video during rides. Overall, a great upgrade for motorcycles that don’t have built-in navigation or CarPlay. First let me start by saying I have had a couple of similar units from another brand. Paid way more for them and weren’t half as nice as this one. The display on this 8.1 inch screen is fantastic. By far better than ones I’ve had in the past. It does everything it claims and does it well. The camera’s both front and rear are crystal clear and makes for a nice rear view mirror. Should you decide to leave the monitor on that display. As any biker knows , we deal with a lot of crazy drivers out there. I like having the peace of mind knowing that any incident that should come up is being recorded. Action cams are great for what they are intended for but I like to keep it simple. Knowing that each time I get on the bike for a ride , it is being recorded. Moreover, I do not have the hassles that come with setting action cams up for the ride. Hop on and go period. The wired remote is a a great feature as well and makes for a less distracted ride. I can take a snapshot in an instant and toggle between screens and answer calls without having to touch the display. Install is pretty straightforward. Running the wires will vary from bike to bike obviously. But actual connections couldn’t be easier. The only nitpick I have so far is the instruction manual. The print is small and hard to read for my aging eyes. But most things are getting harder for me to read also. But do not fear, there is a solution for that manual. Which brings me to my most important highlight and something I am big on. Customer service- I sent an email asking one question about the unit and was answered far faster than I anticipated. Being that they are in another country on different time zones. Thinking that getting an answer was going to be a process. I was excited to get said answer the next day. That answer came with an attachment as well. An updated online manual. Only time will tell on overall satisfaction down the road but I have high hopes. As of right now at the price I paid I am completely satisfied with this product. ... show more

Real review not sponsored: for the price I was expecting anything top-notch. Software wise, Android auto works great takes just under a minute to connect but not bad. The speedo idk how to get it to switch to MPH (instructions doesn't say and I played with every setting I could find) other than that camera is clear. And recording is good. If I use the voice control to turn the volume down it works but if I use the slider on the screen it doesn't not turn the volume down. Brightness is something I was worried about, but driving around during the day I can still see everything clearly. It's brighter than my phone screen. Only downside is there is not auto dimming for at night. But it's easy enough to turn the brightness down. Easy enough to install I did spend about $40 additional to get it mounted the way I wanted to. Overall would buy again and recommend. ... show more

This is the 6th one of these I have purchased for both my own personal motorcycles, customers motorcycles, as well as one for my son. I have owned more expensive versions, and must express that this system is as fast, as responsive, As durable, as bright, As easy to use, in many ways much more intuitive as well as providing camera images that are much more detailed and clear than those of the more expensive versions I have encountered. This item has an incredible amount of value for the price you pay, and I simply cannot recommend it strongly enough. There are four wires to plug in, it takes less than a minute to pair your phone, as well as your helmet Bluetooth to the unit. It also does a great job at protecting your cell phone from the intense vibrations of being mounted on the handlebars of a motorcycle. For those that don't know, mounting your phone even with an anti-vibration mount on the handlebars of your motorcycle oftentimes will affect the image stabilization features of your cell phones camera, along with the sensitive electronic components inside it. With this system you still get to access all of the features you're normally would with your cell phone, on a screen that is as large as the largest cell phones on the market, while keeping your cell phone safe dry and protected either in your pocket saddlebags or elsewhere. If you have a motorcycle, you will benefit tremendously from having this. The ability to have your text messages read to you, and respond to them via voice, to access both tire pressure, GPS information, speed, make phone calls, and All will never having having to divert your vision or your hands away from operating your machine simply cannot be described. Once you have a feature like this, you will never go back. Pro tip: since the unit offers a split screen view of each camera, they make excellent blind spot cameras when mounted both on the rear of the machine. It's not a replacement for mirrors, but provides you an extra level of safety at a glance. ... show more

So far so good everything is working like it’s suppose to. My only issue is both of my camera have come apart. They still work but I have to make sure they are in place and in the right position cause they both split open. More options for mounting would be good too. I had to buy a separate adapter cause the mount included doesn’t really work with my bike. Other than that I have really been enjoying it. Update- down to 1 star. Stopped working after 2 weeks or so. The 8.1” Screen is large and easy to navigate. MUCH cheaper than other models for what you get. I have it setup thru my helmet and it works perfectly. Especially when using the gps thru carplay and can change the map hands free. It also comes with 2 cameras which took me about 30 minutes to attach, setup and start recording!!!! . I was able to use it for navigation while still keeping my phone connected to my stereo. The wire remote is also a great feature. A click or two and you can change screens. I would recommend this to all motorcycle owners. Don’t know how I road on all those trips in the past without it, game changer!!! I ride a 2021 Yamaha FJR-1300. ... show more

I love this thing. I hated looking at my small phone when riding for navigation. Now I have a giant screen I can glance at quick. And the front and rear dash cams are super clear with audio. And carplay works amazing.
