I bought this for adjusting the belt on my Softail. It works as designed plus it gives you the benefit of not having to remove the muffler. For what it's worth the half inch drive hole is not 1/2 in. I would assume it's metric because it's a slightly sloppy fit, but it does the job.

I put just a tiny bit more force on it and was able to pop it wide open effortlessly. A shame because the lock mechanism is quite decent and really like the look of the box.

Needed this for the rear axle removal on a 2011 Harley Davidson FLHPE Road King Police Escort.
