This is a great item but it’s hard to piece it together. First off I hope this review can help the new owners. lay out all your pieces , slide in all the rack mounts into the aluminum rail. inside the “foot” that sits on the car there is a place that threaded key knob spins into, make sure the rounded/closed part that the nut is on is facing out and as you tighten the knob it will tighten the foot onto the rail and become very solid. I just put it on my car loose and centered the rail then tightened. I hope my pigeon talk is helpful. I wish I took photos but I didn’t. Sorry. I also should say I have a 2017 Altima and used the straight bracket I think the last number is 4 ... show more

Nice rack but it’s not universal. Setup without instructions was awful. The end caps are lose they do not lock into place. I thought about just glueing them in once installed. However, this does not fit my 2017 Jetta. Extra door grasps are provided for different sizes, but this would also ruin car paint and the racks themselves are oversized for my car and would not fit right on my roof. Measurements were right and this was recommended for my specific car according to Amazon but it’s not a fit for my car at all. Not a product issue. Just a vehicle issue. Not the right fit. Amazon was wrong. Nice racks just not for my car. Someone will enjoy these. ... show more

this thing completely blows, but totally rocks if ya get handy :) Swap out the useless knob + screw thang and get from Home Depot: (4) Largest “m8 1.25” screws And get yer power drill and rock it ! Pretty sure all these parts are identical to Thule/etc they all prob made in a factory in the Harbin Province God speed ! You can do it !!!! ... show more

I bought this product thinking it would be an easy setup. This box did not include any instructions. After a few hours of tinkering with this rail system, It fit perfectly on my 2020 Chevy Spark. I have been hauling my kayak all over the place. One thing to note, is that it does whistle while on the highway, it can be annoying if you are traveling long distances at a high speed ... show more

This was supposed to fit my Ford Focus, but it does not. The closest mount option is just bare metal on the pain. Not a good option.

    • Great bars. Used as a base for my luggage rack.
Product is great! I think someone tried to take it off my car when in the parking garage of a hospital. They took one of the posts that hold the luggage bar up. Can I order a replacement through you guys?

    • Scratched, parts didn't fit, weight limit not as advertised, instructions are worthless.
I purchased it because it advertised a 300lb weight limit which is untrue, the packaging says 150lbs. The instructions were a few impossible to interpret pictures and a couple sentences in poorly written English. It was quite possibly sent to me used because of all the scratches that were on it. The rubber strip on the crossbars were the wrong length. One an inch too short, one an inch too long. The end caps on the crossbars didn't fit so it has a cheap, unfinished look. I NEVER write reviews but this was an absolutely horrible purchase for me. I don't have time to return it since I need it this week. I recommend finding another product. ... show more
