I really loved this couch for the first week or so but it was defective. The couch literally caved in on me and i’m only 110 pounds. The return process has been terrible. They state that if the couch is defective then they will help with the return but it has been terrible trying to find boxes that are large enough to ship this couch back to them and that’s not even including all of the shipping fees. They also don’t answer the phone so i definitely would not recommend this couch to anyone.

This loveseat came in three separate packages. The pieces were very well packed. The instructions failed to acknowledge that the included washers needed to be used with the main bolts. Also, 16 screws were included with absolutely no instruction on where they are to be placed. Luckily, I have put together many furniture pieces to know they needed to support the legs. Overall, a very nice, sturdy loveseat.
