Love the bike itself. All of the tools come with it. Husband is a mechanic and was able to figure out assembly, but the instructions were not complete and were missing a lot of information. Otherwise, beautiful bicycle.

It’s a great looking and very well made bike. I only have one recommendation when ordering this. Have them put it together for you. It’s very time consuming and a little confusing to put together. Thanks to my wonderful husband for having the patience and know how on putting it together.

This will take two people to put it together, until you get all the wheels on. Also instructions were not very clear when hooking up the brakes. But overall it’s a nice bike and does ride well.

After partial assembly, we discovered some parts damaged or bent. We could not fit parts back in box to return. Both the seller and manufacturer were not willing to send us replacement parts. Our only option was to return the entire bike. ….fenders bent and damaged, wheel crooked, chain gear bent, missing bolts, seat torn. Beautiful color and relatively easy to assemble. It took about 5 hrs to assemble (with some previous knowledge on bikes and tools). No parts were missing, but did have loose parts in box. Arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. The seat (with unmovable backrest) is of no use. We’ll need to buy a different seat, but otherwise very satisfied with the purchase. ... show more

NEEDS BETTER INSTRUCTIONS. Bike is nice and will hopefully hold up well. The 24in was perfect for my height of 5’6.5”. The 26”, would have been too high. We had ordered a smaller kids version (16” kids trike bike) for my son in April 2022 and he loves it. So we decided to order a 24” one for myself. Luckily we had our previous experience putting together a similar bike. Be aware however the instructions for the 24”, 1 speed were incomplete and seemed to either be missing pages or just completely skipped over what to do. Also we got a standard seat and not the seat with the back (though I did prefer that). Just like the smaller one, the fenders don’t really fit great, bend easy and the front breaks tend to not want to adjust right. Don’t even bother using the weird folding metal pieces to put the basket together, I just used white zip ties once the sides were set in the right places. ... show more
