The strap for the right foot is slightly longer than the left foot, so the dimensions during the manufacturing process are not precise. it does the job well on exercises with cable and pulley machines when training each leg individually. The issue is when trying to use them to train both legs at the same time when trying to connect both to the same cable and pulley. There having one strap being longer than the other (even if its by just a few millimeters) makes me feel an imbalance resulting in one leg working a little more than the other. So for now I decided to perform the leg extensions/leg curls with each leg individually from now on; which adds up to my leg day's total workout time (on the plus side, I'm now more aware of left-right leg imbalances to correct them). ... show more

The seller should add shoe sizes. It won't fit over any gym shoe over size 8 men's US. Well made, easy to put over small women's size shoes. Not for men.

When I switched gyms, I no longer had access to an ankle strap for bench cable kickbacks. Decided to buy my own and am pleased with these. They work--without putting any pressure on ankle.
